It is vitally important to improve street cleaning, litter collections & bin collections. Bins are often full as are cigarette stub collectors. It spoils the whole look of Morden. I agree with all the above ‐ I moved to Morden 4 years ago on the strength of regeneration plans. Me and my wife are both 30 yrs old and I am frustrated at the lack of progress. Me and others in the Willows, development around my age almost never go out in Morden because of the poor offering other than the occasional drink in Ganleys. I feel slightly jealous when I look at the progress made in Colliers wood and tooting with numerous bars, resturants etc.yet I had the opportunity to live there and did not I'd really like to better informed as to what the plans are for regeneration, I refer you to the last more because of the underlying great things about morden including its transport links, green spaces, lack of morden meeting where the next actions are: 1. Set up partnerships 2. Agree a process for appointing a heavy congestion. Living in Morden feels like the place you move to because you can't afford to be in development partner 3. Procure an appoint development partner I'm not meaning to sound negative those other locations, and that shouldn't be the case ‐ it has its own merit and its up to all of us to make here, but if I told this list of action to my Clients (I work for BT) they would most almost certainly replace sure that happens. The issue we have in Morden is that as stated it is a pass through town. People jump off the tube and straight onto a bus, on average people spend 7 mins in Morden.
