In each of the first three games, Northwestern State has trailed at halftime. The Lady Demons also have overcome double-figure deficits in two of the games (15 vs. Abilene Christian; 10 at Sam Houston). While Northwestern State’s defensive numbers have stayed relatively constant across both halves, the second 20 minutes of each conference game has seen a spike in the Lady Demons’ offensive performance. In the first half of SLC 2014-15 Southland Conference Standings (through games of 1/6/15) games, NSU is shooting 30.2 percent from the floor, including 26.5 percent from 3-point range.
