Door delivery should be made to all Anganwadi Centers (AWC’s) during working hours on all working days. On verification of the ICDS food supplements, shortage in quantity in the packing (before opening) and substandard quality in the supplied items, if any, is found the goods will be rejected and the same should be replaced by the good ones. 10) The supplies should be made from ready stock within a period of 7days from the date of receipt of indent from the officer concerned. The Supply should be made before a month i.e previous month of every month. 11) The rates should be quoted per kg inclusive of all taxes and expenses till unloading point at Anganwadi Centers (AWC’s), Puducherry and Karaikal region or any other region in Union Territory of Puducherry and the rates should be both in figures and words. Conditional tenders containing alternative proposals/rates are liable to be rejected. 12) The Director, Department of Women and Child Development, Puducherry reserves the rights to reject/accept any/all tenders with or without assigning any reason. 6. This paper is an attempt to elucidate the relationships between biodiversity and income generation from agro-forestry systems, in order to identify the optimum sustainable agricultural practices that are ecologically sustainable and socioeconomic feasible in local context. Under this sector, construction of buildings for various offices is contemplated as most of the Government offices are housed in private buildings causing heavy expenditure towards rent. Further rented buildings are not fit for functional requirements of various Departments. Hence buildings are constructed to accommodate various offices. Under this sector, construction of buildings for various offices are under taken viz; construction of Central Jail at Kalapet (Rs.8.39 crores), Land acquisition for the proposed new Assembly Complex at Thattanchavady in Pondicherry. Construction of a new Assembly Complex in the ECR Road (Rs.35.00 crores), Re-modeling and re-fashioning and air- conditioning of Kamban Kalai Arangam Rs.150.00 lakhs, Present Assembly Secretariat Complex, Office complex for Election Department (Rs.1.50 crores), Construction of Block Development Office at Villianur (Rs.66.33 lakhs), development of Historical Ayekulam in Muthirapalayam (Rs.2.50 crores), Construction of Helipad at Karaikal, construction of administrative building for Transport Department, construction of Village Admininstrative Offices at various places, Office building for Forest Department, Office building for Science Technology Environment Department, Construction of recreation complex with swimming pool, Construction of buildings for the Department of Stationery and Printing, Creation of infrastructural facilities in the buildings of Tsunami affected areas, Improvements to the Civil Stations at Karaikal, Mahe and Yanam are proposed to be undertaken. In addition, the improvements and maintenance in the various buildings of Government Offices are proposed to be undertaken.
