Rituparna Das teaches at the School of Economics and Commerce of Adamas University as Professor. Prior to this, he taught at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies as Associate Professor, headed the Centre for Studies in Banking and Finance, established by the Reserve Bank of India corpus. His PhD on Manage- ment and Economics is preceded by dual Master’s in Economics and Management. Earlier he taught at National University, National Institute of Bank Management (established by the Reserve Bank of India), National University of Juridical Sci- ences and Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management. His areas of preference and international publications include Strategies, Bank Risk Manage- ment, Financial Economics and Policy Research. He is Life Member of the Indian Statistical Institute, Indian Economic Association and Indian Econometric Society. He received the honours of being ‘Financial Economics and Risk Educator and Author’ from Marquis Who’s Who and ‘One of the IBC’s Leading Educators of the World’ from International Biographical Centre. Nivedita Mandal, Associate Professor and founder Head of the Department of Economics at Adamas University. She specialises on econometrics, microeconom- ics and financial economics but traverses on a host of interdisciplinary areas like education economics and health economics. She received Doctoral Fellowship from Indian Council of Research (ICSSR), New Delhi. Previously Profes- sor Mandal was associated with the Management Department, Koneru Lakshmaiah University and the Department of Management Studies, ICFAI University, Hyder- abad. There are several reputed conference papers and journal papers to Professor Manda’s credit – both national and international. Professor Mandal’s research outputs include papers in reputed peer reviewed journals like Business Science International Research Journal and conferences hosted by Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata and Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai. Alireza Fadai, Dr., is an Associate Professor of Resource Efficient Structural Design at Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien) in . At TU Wien he investigates novel resource efficient solutions and teaches on structural design. He obtained his PhD from TU Wien and has worked several years as senior engineer and project leader worldwide before returning to TU Wien.

Alvaro Fajardo-Toro majored in industrial engineer with a master’s in indus- trial engineer with an emphasis on logistics and supply chain. Teacher for 20 years, with courses in the faculty of information technologies and the faculty of industrial engineering, teaching subjects such as excel applications, data mining and business intelligence. The implementer of forecasting and inventory models for different companies in the private sector.

Carlos Hernán Fajardo-Toro received a PhD degree in Computer Science (Tools for developing intelligent software) and the degree of MSc in Manage- ment and Logistics and Supply Chain of the University of Vigo (Spain). He serves currently as a full-time teacher at the School of Business Administration - EAN (Bogota, Colombia).

Marta Ferreira Dias has a PhD in Economics from the University of Warwick, UK, a MSc in Economics from the University of Coimbra and a degree in Economics from the University of Coimbra. She is an Assistant Professor in the University of Aveiro, at the Department of Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering and Tourism. She lectures under graduated and graduated courses of microeconomics, european economics, microeconomic analysis, international economics, energy economics, and energy policy and regulation. Presently, she is a member of the re- search unit on Competitiveness, Governance and Public Policies (GOVCOPP). She is a member of research teams of the University of Aveiro participating in several European sponsored projects. Its areas of interest are Energy Economics, Energy and Environmental Policy and Regulation. Margarita Matias Robaina holds a PhD in Economics, a Master’s in Business Economics and a degree in Economics from the University of Aveiro. She is a member of the Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policy Research Unit (GOVCOOP), in the Competitiveness, Innovation and Sustainability group. Its areas of interest are Energy Economics, Environmental and Natural Resources Economics, Energy and Environmental Policy and General Equilibrium Models. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering and Tourism (DEGEIT) at the University of Aveiro since 2011. Margarita has several publications in books and international journals with scientific arbitration, and has participated in several conferences, both in the Organizing Committee and in the Scientific Committee. She is Vice-President of the Portuguese Association of Energy Economics - APEEN and member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish-Portuguese Association of Economics of Natural and Environmental Resources (AERNA). Jose Manuel Saiz-Alvarez, Ph.D. in Economics and Business Administration, Autonomous University of Madrid (Spain) and Ph.D. in , The Pontifi- cal University of Salamanca (Spain). He is a GIEE faculty-researcher at EGADE Business School-Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico, and Visiting Professor at The Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil (Ecuador), and Autonomous University of Manizales (Colombia). He is a member of the National System of Researchers of the National Council for Science and Technology (CONACYT) in Mexico, a regular member of the Mexican Academy of Sciences, and is accredited by the National Agency for the Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation (Spain). He is a member of dozens of scientific committees in high-reputed international journals and is in the ‘Who’s Who in the World’ from 2011.

Gamze Yıldız Şeren was born in 1987, she is from Elazığ, Turkey. She is an assistant professor Dr. at Namık Kemal University, Faculty of Economics and Ad- ministrative Sciences, Public Finance Department Tekirdag-Turkey. She received her undergraduate degree from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Finance (2008). Aryan Shahabian, Doctoral Candidate in Architectural Sciences and Technology, Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien). He holds an MSc in Urban Strategies/ Urban Technique, University of Applied Arts Vienna (the Angewandte); MSc in Architectural Engineering, Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST). He has won: the second prize of the Persia Tower competition in Armenia (indexed in the Global Tall Building Database of the CTBUH), the first prize of Mirmiran Ar- chitecture Award for the best diploma project nationally in Iran (2008), and the 4th prize of Tehran Book Fair Competition (2005). He was also shortlisted for the World Architecture Community Awards (2011). Aryan is a partner of Pasargad Consulting Architects and Planners. As an architect, sustainability consultant, and researcher, he has also collaborated with firms including Diba Tensile Architecture, Solarch- vision, Fluid Motion Architects and Coop Himmelblau. With a multidisciplinary background—in the fields of painting, cartoon, music, architecture and computational design—he has held several solo/group exhibitions in Tehran and Vienna. Aryan has led workshops on (Digital-) Architecture, Integrated Design, and Algorithmic Thinking; and lectured at IUST, Azad University, Tehran Municipality, and the Angewandte. He has presented interdisciplinary research and published papers in journals and conferences including the Vienna young Scientists Symposium 2018 (TU Wien, Austria), and CISBAT 2015 (EPFL, Switzerland); and has cooperated with IGI Global as an editorial advisory board member (Handbook of Research on Digital Research Methods and Architectural Tools in Urban Planning and Design).

José Vargas-Hernández is a Research Professor, M.B.A., Ph.D., Member of the National System of Researchers of Mexico and a research professor at University Center for Economic and Managerial Sciences, University of Guadalajara. Professor Vargas-Hernández has a Ph.D. in Public Administration and a Ph.D. in Organiza- tional Economics. He has undertaken studies in Organisational Behaviour and has a Master of Business Administration, published four books and more than 200 papers in international journals and reviews (some translated to English, French, German, Portuguese, Farsi, Chinese, etc.) and more than 300 essays in national journals and reviews. He has obtained several international awards and recognition.
