ZAGREB STOCK EXCHANGE Croatian equities closed mixed yesterday; CROBEX increased 0.12% to 1,690.50 pts and blue chip CROBEX 10 decreased 0.01% to 990.66 pts. Regular stock turnover amounted to HRK CROBEX Last 1.690,50 9.06 million. (Neutral) daily 0,12% Integrated telecom operator HT (HTRA CZ) topped the liquidity board collecting HRK 1.57 YTD 0,05% million in turnover and its price decreased 0.97% to HRK 143.00. CROBEX10 Last 990,66 daily -0,01% In the first quarter of 2016, the Koncar Group earned a net profit in the amount of HRK 29.4 million (8.7% less yoy) of which HRK 5.6 belongs to minority interests and HRK 23.8 million to YTD 0,14% majority interests. EBITDA was HRK 58 mln, an icrease of 22% yoy. (Neutral) Stock Turnover (EUR m) 1,13 MkCap(%of GDP) 38,43% Norwegian Statnett, a renowned transmission system operator, announced that it plans to award to (ZSE:DLKV-R-A) contracts for the construction of 420 kV transmission line Source:www.zse.hr Namsos – Hofstad – Afjord and 420 kV transmission line Snilldal – Surna of total length of almost 200 km. After the evaluation process, the proposal of Dalekovod has been selected as the best according to the evaluation criteria. The total value of both tenders is more than EUR 65 million and the final decision must be confirmed by Statnett investment committee. (Positive)

Croatia's Agrokor food concern and Sberbank of Russia have signed a EUR 350 million long-

term loan agreement for the purpose of refinancing existing short-term obligations, Agrokor said in a press release on Monday. Also, according to media Agrokor is considering to do an IPO for food segment. (Neutral)

The steering board of the Restructuring and Sale Centre (CERP) on Monday decided to define initial prices for the sale of the government interest in three hotel companies in Dubrovnik

(HRK 309.82 per share), Rab (HRK 816.18 per share) and Korcula, however, it scrapped three items from its 35-item agenda, prepared for today and it did not manage to discuss a majority of topics, put forward to the agenda for today's meeting. (Neutral)

Unemployment in Croatia dropped slightly in March 2016 to 14.9% and a similar trend was also recorded in the European Union, where the unemployment rate fell to the lowest level in seven

years, a report by the EU statistical office shows. (Positive)

In order for Croatia to be competitive in transport in the Rijeka-Zagreb-Budapest route and for

the Luka Rijeka to be able to compete with Luka Koper in Slovenia, answers need to be found

for numerous challenges that are dictated by contemporary transport systems because total transit time and costs are important for end users, heard a discussion at the Croatian Chamber

of Commerce (HGK) on Monday. (Neutral)

Croatian travel agencies brought nearly 2 million foreign tourists to Croatia in 2015, which was

4% more than in 2014, and they generated 13.3 million bed-nights, 3% more than in 2014,

the latest figures from the National Bureau of Statistics show. (Positive)

Romania

Romania’s economy could increase by 4.2% this year and 4.3% in 2017, according to the Convergence Program 2016 the country’s Government approved. The budget deficit could grow to 2.95% of the GDP this year, and could reach 2.9% of the GDP next year. The budget deficit

will return to a downward trend in 2018-2019. (Neutral)
