This is an order form for Exclusive Buffet Lunch & Dinner. Please complete this form and return to your dedicated Experience Manager no later than 21 days prior to move-in day of the event.

All forms are to be completed by the signatory of the licensing agreement. To change authorised personnel for submissions, please complete AP-001 Change in Authorised Personnel Permit.

Terms & Conditions

• Upon submission of this form, Suntec Singapore will issue a contract for endorsement. • Invoices will be issued upon receipt of signed contract. • Pre-payment is required for all orders. • Orders will only be confirmed once a signed contract has been returned and payment has been made. • Order forms are applicable for pre-orders only. Submission of pre-orders should follow the stipulated timeline. • Minimum order for buffet is 50 pax, per menu, per sitting, per day. • All menus are no pork / no lard. Halal menus can be arranged upon request. • F&B items will be made available and set in accordance to the date/time provided within this form. The time provided in this form should be the service time – please do not buffer a setup time. • For food safety reasons, the maximum service time is 2 hours. • Suntec Singapore reserves the right to revise the indicative prices and menu items without any prior notice given. • All confirmed orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. • All prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes. • All standard terms and conditions apply. • All information is intended as a guide only. • This form is valid till 31 December 2019.

Technical Specifications

The table below is an overview of logistical inclusions:

Inclusions: Lunch & Dinner – Exclusive Buffet Furniture SETUP: Round tables and chairs are provided for the number of guests (maximum 10% buffer). F&B SETUP: Buffet furniture will be provided for food service. Crockery & Round tables will be provided with a place setting for each guest consisting of a water goblet and the required Glassware cutlery. Crockery such as plates and coffee cups will be placed at the buffet stations. Linen LUNCH: Selection of ivory or black linen for banqueting round tables. White linen napkins will be provided for each guest. Black or ivory chair covers are provided at an additional charge of $5.00+ per chair, for orders see [OF-024 Furniture & Linen Rental Order Form]. DINNER: Selection of ivory or black linen for banqueting round tables. White linen napkins will be provided for each guest. Black or ivory chair covers are provided and complimentary. Floral Complimentary artificial sunflower pots are provided for reception / banquet tables. Fresh floral options can be arranged complimentary for dinner tables, and at an additional charge for lunch, see [OF-023 Floral Order Form]. Room Rental Included in the menu price. Service Time Lunch: 1200hrs – 1430hrs | Dinner: From 1900hrs onwards Menu Tasting Menu tasting can be arranged on a chargeable basis at the prevailing menu price per person. Each menu tasting is subject to a minimum of 10 pax, per menu. Beverage Complimentary free-flow coffee and tea is provided throughout lunch and dinner service, for additional beverage options see [OF-004 Beverage Order Form].
