Aquatic Design Group, Inc. (ADG) is a full service aquatic design firm focused on swimming pool / water feature architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design services. ADG specializes in turning ideas into reality and transforming concepts into completed, fully detailed contract documents. We have worked in 38 states and are fully integrated across all market segments including: parks and recreation, high schools, higher education, hospitality, health care, and anything else that might call for an aquatics specialist. ADG has been involved in the aquatic industry for over 30 years and responsible for the design and processing of over 2,500 projects. Primary Disciplines and Services The focus of our services is swimming pool / water feature architecture and engineering. ADG provides architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design services for each swimming pool / water feature within a designated project. Scott is a registered architect with over 33 years experience in the industry. His field experience consists of survey and layout, engineering site work, general and swimming pool construction, and his extensive design experience includes competitive, recreation and leisure aquatic facilities. He has been responsible for the design of over 2,200 public and private sector projects. As Principal-in-Charge of design, Scott is responsible for production and execution of the overall design process, from concept to completion.

DENNIS R. BERKSHIRE President

Dennis has over 30 years of experience in the aquatics industry, with field experience in swimming pool design, construction and operation, and training. He has a strong background in water chemistry and has been involved in the design of automated filtration chemical feed and water chemistry control equipment. As an expert on swimming pool operation, he has worked with several states on swimming pool environmental health codes. He is currently working with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in Atlanta, GA on the new National Model Aquatic Health Code. As an instructor for the Certified Pool Operator course and the Aquatic Facility Operator course, he has trained nearly 1,000 swimming pool and aquatic facility operators. Dennis has presented numerous technical white papers and seminars to various trade associations including the World Aquatic Health Conference. JUSTIN O. CARON Vice-President

Prior to joining ADG, Caron spent much of his youth in the pool. Justin was a six-time All American and two-time captain for Auburn University’s swim team, which won four SEC titles and one national championship title while he was there. He graduated in 2003 with degrees in communications, psychology and business management and received his MBA with a marketing specialization from Capella University in 2009. He has successfully overseen the completion of over 36 projects and his unique combination of passion for swimming and technical knowledge enables him to relate to all members during the design process. Justin is responsible for project management, programming, planning, business development, and communication between the Client, other design professionals, and ADG.

GREG CANNON Aquatics Project Manager

Greg Cannon brings a strong background ii mechanical systems and hydraulics to all his projects. He has a number of professional technical certifications that help reinforce his knowledge and expertise in aquatic facilities. In addition, Greg’s 20 years of project management experience, attention to technical detail and quality control are highly valued in all Aquatic Design Group projects in which he is involved.

He oversees the production of design documents and is responsible for the progressive refinement of the aquatic design aspects of the project through each phase.
