Citi Sweet Summer Treats 2021 Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo (“Promo”) will run from March 24 to May 31, 2021 (“Promo Period”): Registration Period: March 24 to May 30, 2021 Spend Period: March 25 to May 31, 2021 Redemption Period: April 14 to July 31, 2021

2. The Promo is open to Principal cardholders of Citi Credit Cards (“Card”) that have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippine Branch (“Citi”), which are active and in good credit standing, have available credit limit; who have registered valid and updated unique mobile number and email address with Citibank; who received an SMS and/or email from Citibank regarding this particular promo offer; and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo (“Cardholder”).

Incumbent government officials or employees, whether elected or appointed, corporate account and US persons (i.e., a citizen or lawful resident, green card holder of the United States of America) are not eligible to participate in this Promo.

3. It is the responsibility of the Cardholder to update his/her contact information with Citibank by calling CitiPhone at (02) 8995-9999. Cardholders whose contact information in Citibank’s records are not updated, who have the same mobile/phone number or email address as another cardholder/account in Citi records, who have multiple customer numbers, or who have opted out of receiving marketing communications from Citi based on Citi system records, and new Cardholders (whose credit card account was opened and activated from March 1, 2021 onwards) will not receive the communication about the promotion.

4. To qualify for the Promo (“Promo”), the Cardholder must:

a) Register and create an account in the Promo website (www.gft.ph/kk21) during the registration period. A unique Registration Code will be sent to him/her together with the promo website URL via an SMS/e-mail. Upon accessing the site, s/he must input his/her Registration Code, the last six (6) digits of his/her active Citi card, valid email address, and valid mobile number.

b) To successfully register and create an account, the Cardholder must enter the correct registration code and correct last six (6) digits of his/her active Citi credit card. Only successfully registered accounts (where the Registration Code entered matches the correct last six (6) digits of active Citi card) will qualify for the Promo. Cardholders who successfully registered to join the Promo will receive an email confirmation containing their registration details at the email address they registered in the Promo website.

c) Spend a minimum of P3,000 in a single-receipt straight transaction using his/her Citi Credit Card at a qualified merchant store during the Spend Period. All qualified straight transactions must be in Philippine Pesos.

5. By registering for the Promo, the Cardholder agrees that any information provided in the promo website will be subject to the confidentiality and security terms of the third party entity managing the site for Citibank. Further, the Cardholder agrees to receive SMS/text messages or e-mails in relation to the Promo, such as but not limited to SMS or e-mails confirming earning of freebies upon completion of qualified purchases.

6. The principal Cardholder only needs to register and create one account on the Promo website. All his/her active Citi credit cards and the qualified purchases on those credit cards will be covered by that account.

7. Qualified Purchases:

a) Every qualified purchase in Philippine Pesos within the Promo Spend Period, will earn the Cardholder the following reward (“Freebie”):

b) The Cardholder will start to earn freebies for qualified and posted transactions that are charged starting the day after successful registration on the promo website. c) Qualified and posted transactions of registered Cardholders that have earned the Freebie/s will be processed, and redemption codes for all earned Freebie/s will be awarded and uploaded to the Cardholder’s registered account in the Promo website, based on the schedule below:

d) The following transactions will not qualify for the Freebie/s: Citi Speed Cash, Cash Advance availment (via ATM or over the counter), Balance Transfer, Citi FlexiBill, PayLite After Purchase, new PayLite transactions and existing PayLite amortizations, Personal Loan transactions, OneBill transactions, Citi PayAll transactions, all types of Bills Payments, auto-debit enrolments, auto-debit transactions, credit card fees and charges, Citi Card Protection/Credit Shield, Citibank Online payments, and Citi Mobile Banking payments.

In addition, the following transactions will not qualify for this Promo: transactions from casinos or from merchants engaged in gambling; transactions at merchants specifically engaged in wholesale and distribution (example: warehouse clubs, networking companies, multi-level marketing entities); Mail Order/ Telephone Order (MO/TO); all transactions done by travel agency or travel or online aggregator; transactions involving cryptocurrency and other similar financial instruments; transactions from stock trading, foreign exchange trading, financial trading services, remittance and the like; mobile payment/mobile wallet transactions and online payment system (such as but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, Grab/GrabPay, PayPal, PayMongo, Coins.ph, and the like); payments made to social media platforms, cloud service and software providers; transactions for business purposes or for non-personal purposes such as but not limited to payment services, professional services, and the like; transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded. e) Only one (1) transaction meeting the minimum spend requirement per unique merchant per Citi principal customer number per day will qualify for the Promo. In case of multiple transactions on the same day (whether charged to one card or across several cards) with same merchant of the same Citi Cardholder, only one (1) transaction will qualify for the Promo. Splitting of a single transaction into several approvals is strictly not allowed. Any transaction that is determined to be a result of splitting will NOT earn a Freebie. f) Each Cardholder who receives a unique Registration Code from Citi is allowed to earn the maximum number of Freebies as indicated in the table below:

The maximum number of Freebies is based on all qualified purchases across all of the Cardholder’s Citi cards, including supplementary cards. The maximum limit is set per customer number. All Freebies will be awarded to the Principal Cardholder. g) The Supplementary Card’s purchases will earn Freebies for the Principal Cardholder if the Principal Card is qualified and has successfully registered for the promo. h) To earn the Freebies, the Cardholder’s Citi Card account/s must be active and without past due obligation during the Promo Period until the awarding of the Freebies. Delinquent accounts will not be eligible for the Promotion.

8. Redemption:

a) From April 14, 2021 and every Wednesday onwards until June 9, 2021, a Cardholder who has successfully registered and created an account on www.gft.ph/kk21 and who has made Qualified Purchase/s can log in to his/her account in the Promo website to check for earned Freebie/s and claim these as Gift vouchers of the cardholder’s choice.

b) Earned Freebie/s during the Promo Period can be claimed as Gift vouchers at the promo redemption website until July 31, 2021 and can be used at participating branches of Krispy Kreme until July 31, 2021.

9. Using Gift vouchers:

a) To use the Gift Voucher/s, the Cardholder can choose any of these methods: i. Dine-in, Take-out, or Pick-up: Go to any participating Krispy Kreme branch and present the Gift Voucher code prior to ordering. The list of participating branches is in Annex A; the list of branches can change without prior notice. Cardholders can also refer to the Giftaway website for a list of the participating Krispy Kreme outlets. Operating terms and conditions of Krispy Kreme shall apply; OR ii. Delivery: ▪ Call the delivery hotline applicable to the Cardholder’s delivery area and redeem a minimum of two (2) Gift Voucher codes per redemption transaction in order to qualify for delivery ▪ A delivery charge equivalent to 15% of total delivery value (based on store retail price) will apply per redemption transaction. ▪ Delivery charge will be to the Cardholder’s account and shall be paid directly to Krispy Kreme as part of the standard delivery process. ▪ Delivery coverage area of participating branches, and terms and conditions of Krispy Kreme shall apply.

b) The Gift Voucher code/s must only be given to the store or delivery hotline personnel once the Cardholder commits to use it. The Gift Voucher code is for one-time use only. c) The Cardholder may do multiple redemptions per day within the Redemption Period. d) All terms and conditions relating to the Gift Vouchers as indicated in the Giftaway website shall apply. e) All redemption codes and Gift Vouchers which are unredeemed or unused by the end of the Redemption Period shall be forfeited in favor of Citi. f) Gift Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers, privileges, or promotions. g) Gift Vouchers are transferable but not convertible to cash, cash advance, or kind. The Gift Voucher may be transferred to the Cardholder’s nominated recipient who is able to satisfy the requirements for the claiming of the Gift Voucher. h) All redemptions are final. The Cardholder is responsible for inspecting the quality, redemption conditions, selected item/s, participating outlets, and expiry dates of the Gift Voucher/s upon redemption. The Cardholder will also be responsible for providing the correct information (mobile number and email address where Gift Voucher codes will be sent) and for safekeeping the Gift Voucher/s. Citi and the participating branches of Krispy Kreme shall not be obliged to refund or replace the Gift Voucher/s once redeemed.

10. By registering and creating an account on the Promo website, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required by Citi’s third party service provider, and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy and security terms of the service provider, Giftaway.

11. A Cardholder will be disqualified from the Promo in the event that his/her Citi credit Card/s become/s delinquent, or is suspended, cancelled, or terminated before the awarding of the Freebie/s.

12. The Cardholder agrees that should his/her redemption be found to be fraudulent in nature or should his/her earning of the Freebie found to be a result of splitting of transactions, Citi shall have the right to charge the total face value of the Freebie/s to the Cardholder’s Citi Card.

13. Citibank is not an agent of Giftaway or of Krispy Kreme, and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. All feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to Krispy Kreme, and/or Giftaway.

14. By accepting and/or using the Gift Voucher/s, the Cardholder agrees to hold Citi free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the Promo or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the Gift Voucher/s.

15. In case of dispute regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, etc., Citi’s decision will prevail, with concurrence of DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo or for any request will be resolved by Citi.

16. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, the participation in the Promo, or redemption of the Gift vouchers may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Promo, suspension or cancellation of Card privileges or the charging of the cost of the Freebie/s to the Cardholder’s Citi Card, at Citi’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citi.

How can I register to www.gft.ph/kk21? Click or access the link in the promotional SMS/e-mail sent to you by Citi to go to the registration site. Upon accessing, you must input your registration code, the last 6 digits of your active Citi card + other pertinent details on the registration page, in order to create your account. You would need to nominate a password to create your account, which you will then use along with your registered email to login to your account.

Note: Details inputted in the promo site (Name, e-mail address, mobile number) are final – only user-nominated password can be changed using the ‘Forgot Password’ button accessible on the registration page. Please review the information carefully and thoroughly before you submit. Also, please take steps to ensure you won’t forget your user-nominated password. Citi does not and will not have access to customer passwords and will not be able to assist you in case you forget your password.

Does the e-mail address and mobile number I input on the promo site need to be the same as my e-mail address and mobile number with Citibank? No. You can use any active e-mail address/mobile number. Note that the eGift voucher code will be sent to the mobile number and e- mail address inputted on the promo site (www.gft.ph/kk21).

What is my registration code? The registration code can be found in the promotional SMS and/or e-mail sent by Citi PH regarding this promo. If no SMS or e-mail has been received, please call the CitiPhone hotline at (02) 8995-9999 to check your eligibility for this promo. If you are eligible, you will be provided a Registration Code.

Why do I keep getting an error message saying that my registration code is invalid when I try to register? Please ensure that the registration code and last 6 digits of your Citi credit card are both accurate. Also please ascertain that you have not previously registered to the site – registration is only required once. Otherwise, call the CitiPhone hotline to check and/or request for your assigned registration code.

I have already registered using the registration code sent to my SMS/e-mail and the last 6 digits of one (1) of my active Citi credit cards. Do I still need to register the other last 6 digits of my other active Citi credit cards in order for my transactions to qualify? You only need to register once. Upon successful registration, all qualified transactions across all your active credit card/s will be awarded a reward, subject to promo terms and conditions.

How will I know that I have successfully registered for the promo? You will see a confirmation message on the screen upon successful registration. In addition, you will see your Registration Date on your account screen each time you log into the promo site. You will also receive a confirmation email at your registered e-mail address notifying that you are registered for the promo. Please keep this email confirmation for your reference.

How can I earn and redeem Freebies? You will start to earn free treats one (1) day after successful registration. To redeem your treats, simply login to your account, click on the uploaded and unclaimed redemption code, choose your preferred treat, and click Redeem.

The eGift voucher code/s for your chosen treat/s will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS and to your registered e-mail address via e-mail. You may proceed to claim your freebie/s at any of the participating branches or via the delivery hotline, subject to promo terms and conditions.

What purchases on my Citi credit card will earn Freebies? For a minimum P3,000 single-receipt straight transaction in Philippine Peso currency, get a free treat of your choice from Krispy Kreme. Refer to promo terms and conditions to know more about earning the Freebies.

I’m a Supplementary Cardholder, will I get freebies if I use my Citi Card? Qualified purchases made on all of the Cardholder’s Supplementary card/s are eligible to earn freebie/s, but will form part of the twenty (20) maximum redemption cap and will be awarded to the Principal Cardholder.

The Supplementary cardholder/s’ spend shall not be entitled to earn any freebie/s separate from the Principal Cardholder. The Supplementary Card’s transactions are eligible for the promo only if the Principal Card is qualified.

Please check your registered e-mail address with Citibank, as an email containing your unique Registration Code will also be sent there.

I accidentally deleted the SMS sent by Giftaway containing the eGift voucher code. Can I have the SMS resent? You can resend the SMS containing your eGift voucher code by logging in to your promo account, clicking on the voucher you wish to resend, and clicking the Resend button you will see on the screen. Note though that this feature can only be used once.

Can I earn as many free treats as I can? No. The maximum number of free treats that can be earned is twenty (20) treats.

How will I know if my qualified transaction has already earned a treat? Log in to your account at the promo website (www.gft.ph/kk21) to check the uploaded redemption codes for the treats you have earned. Refer to promo terms and conditions to know the upload schedule of redemption codes.

Is splitting of transactions allowed? Only one (1) transaction meeting the minimum spend requirement per unique merchant per Citi principal customer number per day will qualify for the Promo. In case of multiple transactions on the same day (whether charged to one card or across several cards of the same Citi Cardholder or its Supplementary cards) with same merchant, only one (1) transaction will qualify for the Promo.

Any transaction that is determined to be a result of splitting will NOT qualify.

Until when can I earn free treats? You can earn free treats until May 31, 2021.

Until when can I redeem my free treats? You can redeem your redemption codes from the promo site and use your eGift vouchers at participating stores until July 31, 2021.

Can I change my choice of free treat after I have already received the eGift voucher? No. All redemption choices are final once you have received the eGift voucher.

Citibank will entertain all inquiries and concerns relating to this Promotion within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the redemption period.
