Dudley, Wolverhampton and South Staffordshire Breast Screening Programmes were reconfigured in April 2017. It offers breast screening to local women on mobile screening units and static sites. The units move around the region to local sites.

The Breast Screening Service is part of the National Breast Screening Programme and is subject to monitoring by the Screening Quality Assurance Service (SQAS).It provides an invite to women aged between 50 and 70 to attend every three years. We aim to provide and promote an efficient and effective, high quality breast screening service, to all eligible women within a caring environment. The service uses the latest digital equipment.

Women over the age of 70 are able to access the service and are encouraged to call the unit to make a convenient appointment.
