Hours • Grounds open daily, dawn to dusk. • Reader Center open weekdays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Parking Weekdays: Limited parking for those needing assistance is available; please call 734-998-9540. The offers no free parking on week days during business hours. Some university parking lots allow public parking in the evening, please read signs at entrances to parking lots. You should park in a city or U-M hospital parking structure and walk to the Arboretum.

Weekends: Free parking is available in parking lot M-29 off East Medical Center Drive or parking lot M-28 on Washington Heights.

Bus There are many routes which pass by the Arboretum. Visit the website for more information. www.aata.org

Admission Free except for special - Parking Lot M-28 ticketed events. Lower River Entrance - Parking Lot M-29 Etiquette • Stay on paths and out of garden beds and trees. • Our collections are very important. Do not collect plants, flowers, fruits or leaves, or handle wildlife. • Dogs or other pets must be on leashes. Please dispose of pet waste and do not allow pets to harass wildlife. • Bicycles are not to be ridden through the Arb. Please lock bikes at bike racks near entrances. • Alcohol, campfires and outdoor cooking are not permitted. • Fishing and swimming are not permitted. Caution

• Stay on marked paths to avoid poisonious plants. Poison Sumac • Watch young children carefully around river and creeks. (Grows in wet areas) • Massasauga rattlesnakes are very shy.
