No.NBE-2/EX-10/2018-19/848: The following rules/instructions pertaining to HSLC Examination 2018 are hereby published for information of all concerned: MARKSHEET /MARKSHEET cum CERTIFICATE : (a) Marksheet /Marksheet cum Certificate shall be collected by the concerned Centre st Superintendents/Heads of the Registered Institutions within 21 May 2018. (b) Collection of marksheet/marksheet cum certificate by candidates : Category of candidates to be collected from Regular/Institutional privates Respective Institution Regular Repeater Institution where IAF was forwarded Centre Repeater Centre where appeared Change of centre Centre where appeared Improvement Institution where IAF was forwarded Candidates must produce their original admit cards at the time of collection of marksheet/marksheet cum certificate. (c) Marksheet /Marksheet cum Certificate shall not be issued to candidates from this Office. (d) Original marksheet cum certificates are issued to successful candidates. As such, provisional certificate of qualification need not be issued by the institutions. Further, institutions who admit students should not insist on provisional certificate of qualification. CORRECTION: Any mistakes in the marksheet/marksheet cum certificate must be reported within 30 days after the publication of the Result Gazette for rectification. Such cases should be routed through the institution/centre. (refer pg.27& 28 of Management of Examinations) Corrections, if any, in the marks/grades shall be intimated to the concerned school/centre through an authorised Board's Official. Correction in the admit card shall not be entertained as the stipulated time is over. 1 POST PUBLICATION RESCRUTINY : (a) Rescrutiny of answer-scripts in any number of subjects is permitted. The application should be routed through the school/centre. (b) The application and prescribed fee of `500/- per subject for rescrutiny should reach the Office within 15 (fifteen) days after the publication of the result i.e., on or before 2nd June 2018 along with the original copy of the marksheet/marksheet cum certificate and admit card. Candidates applying for rescrutiny must give their phone/mobile nos. in the application. (c) Rescrutiny results shall be declared within 40 (forty) days after the declaration of this result. POST PUBLICATION RESULT: (a) Rescrutiny result shall be sent to all registered institutions. (b) The rescrutiny result is not notified individually. (c) Corrigendum and addendum of this result gazette shall be published along with the rescrutiny results. (d) Rescrutiny result will be made available on Board's website( www.nbsenagaland.com) PHOTOCOPY OF ANSWERSCRIPTS: (a) Photocopy of answerscripts shall be provided to candidates on fulfillment of the terms and conditions. (b) This provision shall be extended only to candidates who applied for rescrutiny and in the subject(s) they applied. (c) Candidates who did not apply for rescrutiny shall not be eligible to apply for photocopy of the answerscripts. (d) The application should be submitted in the prescribed form alongwith the original documents and fee of `1000/- each per subject. (e) The last date for submission of application form is within 15 days after declaration of rescrutiny result. HSLC COMPARTMENTAL EXAMINATION 2018 (a) The HSLC Compartmental Examination 2018 shall be held from 11th to 16th June 2018. The examination centres shall be notified later. (b) Candidates who appeared the HSLC Examination 2018 conducted in March 2018 and secured "Needs Improvement" grades in 3(three) or less subjects are eligible to appear the Compartmental Examination. (c) A candidate who fails to qualify at the Compartmental Examination will have to appear in all subjects at the subsequent main examination. Dated Kohima, (Mrs.Asano Sekhose) the 18th May 2018.
