Primary data analysis Primary research was undertaken to provide an update on existing characteristics in Manor Park. In order to capture sectors and markets that appeared prominent and/or impactful in the area, desk-based research and site-visits have been used to identify different types of assets which have been mapped and assessed. The characteristics and clustering of those can be observed through the mapping which is set out in this report.

In addition to this, informal discussions with businesses and key stakeholders have taken place over the phone to establish a live understanding of the‘on-the-ground’ conditions and aspirations for the area.
