D Other scholarships sanctioned by Government from time to time. Code of Conduct  The students are expected to greet their lecturers and other members of the staff with due respect and politeness.

 All the students should be present ten minutes before the commencement of the class.

 Students bringing two wheelers should wear helmet compulsorily. Further parking fee will be levied.

 Students should stand for prayer and participate silently

 Students with rude behavior and indiscipline are strictly dealt and such students will be immediately issued transfer certificate.

 All the time the students should wear the identity card around the neck.

 Loss of ID card will be fined with Rs. 150/-

 No student should leave the college campus during working hours without the permission of principal.

 Uniform to be worn on all days, any student dressed in appropriately will not be admitted to the class.

 Use of mobile phone and other electronic entertainment gadgets are strictly prohibited. Once confiscated, then it will not be returned at any cost.

 Use of tobacco and narcotic drugs is strictly prohibited.

 Unnecessary shouting, calling from distance, talking loud without sufficient reason is not an accepted behavior. Dealing with lecturers, non- teaching staff, and other students should be of polite nature.

 Change of Address/Phone numbers of Parents/Guardians should be communicated immediately to the college office with authenticated proof.

 In case of any genuine grievances, student has to approach their mentors or the authorities without creating any nuisance.

 No personal mails / couriers will be entertained or received at the college address. They have to specifically receive all the afore mentioned communication at their respective place of residence. Code of Conduct  Excursions if any, of long or short duration will be organized by the college authorities only.

 Students are advised to read the notice boards and update themselves regarding any notification and information. It is the duty of the student to find out if any information was announced or notified when he/she was absent, from fellow classmates next day. Absence on date / hour cannot be used as on alibi (excuse) for the non information of any type.

 Every student shall abide by the rules of the college and must strive to maintain discipline in the college at all times. Any act of indiscipline will be dealt seriously.

Attendance 1. Regular attendance for the classes, the practical and the tutorials is a must we are expecting 100% attendance in each subject. Failure to muster the minimum attendance will lead to the denial of permission to appear for the pre –university annual examination, as the minimum percentage is prescribed by the concerned authorities.

2. Regular attendance and active participation in routine college programme such as functions, celebrations, sports day, college day, special lectures, etc., is anticipated.

3. Irregular attendance will be taken due note of. Absence for three (3) consecutive classes will lead to the student to produce the necessary reason for absence. In case of ill-health, the doctor certificate and the parent’s request letter addressed to Principal should be attached.

4. Absence without strong reason is discouraged. Lack of co-operation in disciplinary matters and failure of parents to assume responsibility results in denying admission for the final exams.

5. Attendance for the college tests/exams is compulsory for all classes. Not writing the exam for any invalid reason is strongly discouraged. College Uniform
