Public Hearing Special Committee to Review n all-party Special Committee of the Legislative Assembly has been appointed to review B.C.’s municipal Police Complaint Process and the the Police A work of the Police Complaint Commissioner. Complaint Process The Committee’s review focuses on the procedure for handling public complaints as set out in the Police Act.
