Both Justin T. Allen and Erika Ross Gee served as Chief Deputy Attorneys General for Attorney General Dustin McDaniel before rejoining the firm, and they have broad experience and contacts in all types of state government issues. Prior to joining the firm’s Government Relations practice group, Jay Shue served as the state’s first Medicaid Inspector General, overseeing the detection and investigation of fraud, waste and abuse in the Arkansas Medicaid system.
