WASH YOUR HANDS & KEEP IT CLEAN Wash your hands before and after injecting. Many lumps, bumps and infections can be avoided by keeping injecting sites and your kit/works clean. ONLY USE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT This includes, needles, filters, syringes, spoons, water, citric acid and ascorbic acid.

USE DIFFERENT INJECTING SITES to help your veins recover. AVOID INJECTING IN THE GROIN as you can easily hit an artery and bleed to death. USING A SPOON If you’re using a spoon when cooking up your gear, treat the spoon with the same care as your syringe. WATER & CITRIC ACID Use the smallest amount of water and citric/ascorbic acids possible to dissolve your gear. DO NOT USE lemon juice or vinegar, they may

contain fungal infections which can damage your eyes.
