Facts:- Not having been successful in obtaining information from Public Information Officer or First Appellate Authorilty, the appellant by an appeal dated 29.5.2007 has asked information regarding copies of documents submitted by Respondent in Regular Civil Suit No. 23/2004.

Interim Decision. The appeal application has been perused. There is an indication that the First Appellate Authority considered this case and gave a decision on 13.4.2007. Much time has passed since then and therefore, it would be necessary to know the present status of this case. Interim Decision.
