One-time Setup Instructions Install App

Press (the Nook Button) on your device and tap apps. Tap Shop Now. In the search box at the bottom, search for OverDrive Media Console and install this free app. Open the app to complete the set up steps below. Set Up App

1. Tap the menu button at the bottom of the screen. 2. Tap App Settings. 3. Enter your Adobe ID and password and tap Authorize. 4. Tap the menu button again. 5. Tap Get Books. 6. Tap Add a Library. 7. Search for the Hanson Public Library by name or zip code. 8. Tap Hanson Public Library. 9. Tap the star next to SAILS Inc. 10.Tap SAILS Inc. to finish. Checkout and Download Books

1. Open the OverDrive Media Console app. You should see the Media Collection. If not, the app may have opened to the Bookshelf screen. In this case, tap the menu button, then Get Books. You may then need to tap SAILS Inc.

2. If you are not already logged in with your library card, tap Login near the upper right 3. Tap Browse or Search to find a book. corner of the screen. Enter your library card number and PIN and tap Login.

4b. Title is checked out—To join the waiting list, tap Place Hold. Enter your email address and tap Place Hold. You will receive an email when the item is available for you.

4a. Title is checked in—Tap Add to Cart. Tap Proceed to Checkout. Change the lending period if desired. Tap Confirm check out. Tap Download. The book is sent to your device. To view it, tap the menu button, then Bookshelf.
