Welcome to Penrhos Caravan Club Site Get to know Penrhos A perfect site for a family holiday, just five minutes drive from a safe, sandy beach with many others within easy driving distance. There’s a farm trail, butterfly palace and sea zoo to entertain younger children nearby. Penrhos is the ideal base for a leisurely and peaceful break to absorb the beautiful scenery and island’s history. Try walking the Anglesey coastal path or visit Holyhead Mountain, a natural paradise with wild flowers. South Stacks lighthouse and Puffin Island are both a must for birdwatchers during the nesting season. There is also a wealth of history nearby, the castles of Caernarfon and Beaumaris, Aberffraws Heritage Centre to discover the Kings of Wales and the enthralling National Trust properties of Plas Newydd and Penrhyn Castle. Vacating your pitch If you wish to stay after 12 noon on your day of departure, it is normally not a problem unless the site is fully booked. Please see the notice at the site office.
