First Family Expo Features Fun on April 2- 3; KNUS-AM 710 AM and KRKS-FM 94.7 FM Host Event in Castle Rock

More than 60 businesses and organizations serving the Denver Metro area will be on hand to provide support and resources to meet the needs of busy parents and families.

According to Brian Taylor, general manager of Salem Media of , the stations are looking to fill a need that exists in the Denver Metro area.

"We hear daily that parents are looking for resources to help them navigate parenting and other 21st century parenting issues. Currently, there is no Christian-centered event supporting families in the entire Metro area. Through our stations, we are connected to so many superior organizations that creating this event just made good family sense," said Taylor.

There will be hands-on demonstrations, live broadcasts and entertainment including live broadcasts of the Gina Geraci Show, Mr. Fixit and the Mike Boyle Restaurant Show, entertainment from S.o.K on Friday evening and KidzArk with Jay Littlefield on Saturday. Also, a special Kids Korral will provide enclosed, secure supervised play area for children to allow parents to attend workshops and seminars.
