The Worlds First Fully Automated Self Watering Planter The Worlds First Fully Automated Self Watering Planter 1 2 Made in the USA. This product can grow almost anything. You do not need a massive plot of land or an expensive greenhouse to enjoy your plants. This product will produce more foliage per square foot thantraditional planters. Our watering technology ensures that your plants grow faster, reach maturityquicker, look aesthetically pleasing, and produce more growth per square foot than traditional planters. All you do is add dirt, seeds or seedlings, adjust the water flow and wait for the beautiful foliage andblooms. The workers take great pride in the quality and durability of all of our products. Inkeeping the tradition of the early craftsmen, each product is handcrafted using time-honoredtechniques and the finest materials. Our buyers do not just evaluate our products based on materials and function but merit also. All of our components are thoroughly inspected. Our employees take an in-depth look at the intent of the design to make sure it is fit for purpose. We are not just interested in how it is made, but the training behind who's making it, and the process that leads to the finished product. No two product are made the same. The artistry of handcrafting begins by cutting, bending, drilling and aligning eachproduct entirely by hand. We strive to create an atmosphere that will be admired for its style, sense oftimelessness, charm, and elegance. Let us provide you that this product can be passed downfrom generation to generation. 3 The Benefits are Staggering! Take Vacations and Manage Emergencies: Stop feeling obligated to care for your plants. You do not need to be there and tend to your plants. This product will grow your plants for you. Just set theflow control and walk away! Better yet, come back from vacation to collect your harvest. No Backbreaking Work: No tilling, hauling soil, running underground water lines, laying down a tarp or building planter boxes. Retire your trowel. This collection requires less than four hours of work forthe whole season and approximately 1-2 bags of soil. No Tools: The average household spends over 400 dollars on gardening supplies every year. This product is a giant lego set. Just snap the parts in place, and you are ready to grow. Time is Money: Traditional gardening is additively beautiful but how can we justify spending over an hour a day in the sun pulling weeds when we should be watching our plants grow. Excessive Watering: Why do we spend hours carrying a massive hose watering plants when most of the water evaporates. This manufacturer will save you money. It directs water to your plant's root system, not back into the air. No Weeding: The soil is not exposed to the elements so, you do not get extrane-ous material in your planter. What you grow is what you get. Practically no unwanted seeds are likely toenter your planter. 4 This product can be networked by attaching a y-connector to the inlet of this connecting a hose to one outlet and another hose to an adjacent.(see page 9) You can do this for as many as you can accommodate. The morehoses you add the further you can expand your network. The volume control knobon each manufacturer can control the amount of water being fed into the container. Add a timer to the source of your water, and you can control the volume and the time water and nutrients are dispensed into your product. You can manage your plant's life cycle, seasonal changes, growth/stages, and fertilization re- quirements. You can rest assured that your plants will receive the proper nutrition. Add dirt and seeds or seedlings and turn the flow control to water your plants. Your product is excellentfor germinating seeds and accommodating seedlings. Why Plants Die in Other Planters The number one reason why house plants die is due to lack of watering. Most people have busy sched- ules and forget to water their house plants. In a rush, they indiscriminately pour water into the planter. If the potting soil gets excessively dry, water will pass through it. It is like drinking a cup of water with a hole in it. It is easy to assume that the water applied to the planter is taken up by the house plant. Water absorption into the plant's root system takes time. This product is a serious game changer. This saturates your house plant's root system. Ithelps to prevent wilting or the collapsing of the plant caused by the lack of water pressure. This one fea-ture will make an unbelievable difference in the health and beauty of your indoor plants. This product also aids in the photosynthesis and respiration process. Without water, internal food supplies vitalto other processes would diminish or disappear. As water moves through the system, vital minerals andnutrients are delivered to different areas of the plant. This product has been designed to help yourplants, live longer and look luscious. Indoor plants and outdoor vegetables yield tremendous growth. Nutrients released in this product mimics the real world environment. Water is used as a carrier to transport nutrients. The natural properties of the soil is used to distribute nutrients to plant roots.

  • Irrigating the Vegetable Garden
CMG GardenNotes #714 Irrigating the Vegetable Garden Outline: Garden irrigation, page 1 Measuring soil moisture content, page 1 Automate the system with controllers, page 2 Furrow irrigation, page 3 Sprinkler irrigation, page 3 Drip irrigation, page 3 Soaker hose, page 5 Garden Irrigation In vegetable production, an adequate supply of water during the growing season is directly related to produce quality and yields. Many vegetables become strong- flavored or stringy with water stress. Several gardening techniques (including soil preparation, mulching, and efficient irrigation) help conserve water in the vegetable garden. As a rule of thumb, vegetables use around ¼ inch of water per day during typical summer weather. If the garden is watered every four days, apply one inch of water per irrigation. Hot, windy weather will increase water demand significantly. Beans and corn will be significantly higher in water demand during blooming or tasseling/silking. Checking Soil Moisture Content Check soil moisture regularly. Irrigate when the top two to four inches of soil is dry to the touch. This is especially important if using mulch, where surface evaporation is reduced. Evaluating when the soil needs irrigation is rather subjective. The “stick” method (judging moisture by the relative easy or difficulty of pushing a stick or screwdriver into the soil) is an old farmer’s standard. It will be easier when wet than when dry. However, this very subjective method is specific to soil types and can be misleading to the novice. On compacted clayey soils, it may be somewhat difficult when moist and very difficult when dry. On sandy soils, it may be somewhat easy wet or dry.
