    SPLOŠNI POGOJI UPORABE STORITEV DRUŽB SKUPINE TELEMACH od 25. 5. 2018 (Telemach d.o.o., Telemach UG, upravljanje in gradnja omrežij, d.o.o., Telemach Tabor d.d., Telemach Tezno d.d. in Telemach Pobrežje d.d.) Splošni pogoji uporabe elektronskih komunikacijskih storitev družb v skupini Telemach (Telemach d.o.o., Telemach UG d.o.o., Telemach Tabor d.d., Telemach Tezno d.d. in Telemach Pobrežje d.d. - v nadaljevanju Telemach ali izvajalec) urejajo razmerja z naročniki o uporabi elektronskih komunikacijskih storitev. Predmetna razmerja urejajo še naročniška pogodba, cenik storitev, navodila za uporabo ter morebitni posebni pisni dogovori. Določene storitve imajo zaradi svoje specifičnosti in posebnih zahtev tudi svoje posebne pogoje uporabe takšnih storitev. Vsi takšni pogoji so naročnikom in drugim uporabnikom dostopni na Telemachovih prodajnih mestih in na Telemachovi spletni strani www.telemach.si. 1. OPREDELITEV POJMOV Splošni pogoji uporabe (v nadaljevanju SP) elektronskih komunikacijskih storitev družb v skupini Telemach (v nadaljevanju Telemach) so splošni pogoji poslovanja Telemacha kot izvajalca elektronskih komunikacijskih storitev v razmerju do naročnikov in drugih uporabnikov teh storitev. Izvajalec: družba v skupini Telemach, ki je pri Agenciji za pošto in telekomunikacije Republike Slovenije regi- strirana kot operater za opravljanje storitev po naročniški pogodbi. Naročnik: vsaka fizična ali pravna oseba, s katero se sklene veljavna naročniška pogodba. Novi naročnik: naročnik na kabelskem priključku (odjemno mesto), ki še nikoli ni bil priključen na storitve Telemach, in naročnik, ki je na obstoječem kabelskem priključku naročniško pogodbo s Telemachom prekinil pred več kot tremi meseci. Naročniška pogodba: pogodba med izvajalcem in naročnikom, katere sestavni del predstavljajo tudi priloge, kot so cenik storitev in opis posameznih paketov, opisi akcijskih ponudb, navodila za uporabo posameznih storitev, programska shema in druge priloge v skladu z določili naročniške pogodbe.
