BY MEG FOX Fall River Mills resident Darrell Nussbaum turned off his television around 11 o’clock Friday night and was on his way to the shower when he stopped to admire his picture- window view of the town’s historic three-story feed mill in the light of a full moon. “I was struck by how pretty it was,” said Nussbaum, who lives on Bridge Street across from the Fall River Feed Store.
