9. DR. ZAHEERUDDIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs to move that the Bill further to amend the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 [The Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Bill, 2008], be passed.
