Investigation update into the murder of PCSO Julia James I am sure you are aware a 21-year-old man was arrested in connection with the murder of PCSO Julia James. I can confirm that Callum Wheeler has been charged with the murder of Julia. He Has been remanded in custody and a provisional date for his trial has been s cheduled for 29 November 2021.
