A global model and a local model are formulated based on hedonic price method. The global and local models were analysed with an Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression and a Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) respectively. Both the models were compares to see which model offered a better result. The results of OLS regression illustrated that Titiwangsa and Forest Research Institute Malaysia (FRIM) offer the highest economic value for model 2 and 3 respectively. The results of GWR determined that the economic value of an UGS can be analysed by the region. The GWR result revealed that FRIM provides high economic value to all the residential areas in KL city. However, the economic value of Titiwangsa is not valuable for the residential areas in KL city including Mont Kiara Pines, Jinjang Selatan, Segambut Garden, Bandar Menjalara and Taman Bukit Maluri. As a conclusion, even though Titiwangsa generates the highest economic value, it is only significant at certain residential areas as proved by the local model. -

SECTION 3 : PROJECT DESCRIPTION 3.1 INTRODUCTION The main objective of the Project is to facilitate future travel demand in the Klang Valley and to complement the connectivity to Kuala Lumpur by improving the current rail coverage and increasing accessibility of public transport network to areas not currently served or covered by public transport. The SSP Line will serve the existing residential areas, minimize overlapping with existing rail service and provide convenient access to Kuala Lumpur city centre. This section describes the Project in terms of the proposed alignment and stations, the planning and design basis, operation system and the construction methodology. 3.2 PLANNING AND DESIGN BASIS The over-arching principles in the development of the KVMRT is even network coverage, entry into the city centre, location of stations in densely populated areas and ability to sustain future expansion. The GKL/KV PTMP has identified key issues in the rail network such as capacity and quality of existing systems, integration between modes, gaps in network coverage and mismatch in land use planning. Considering the gap in the network, particularly in the northwest – southern corridor, the SSP Line is designed to serve the city centre to Sg Buloh, Kepong, Serdang and Putrajaya areas. The SSP Line will traverse through high density residential and commercial areas and has the capacity to move large volumes of people from the suburban areas to the employment and business centres. In terms of planning basis, the main objectives of the Project are as follows:- • To meet the increasing demand for rail based urban public transportation • To increase the railway network coverage and its capacity • To provide better integration between the new SSP Line and existing rail lines such as LRT, Monorail, SBK Line and KTM lines as well as the future High Spee Rail. -

P a g e | 1 KENYATAAN MEDIA MENTERI KANAN PERTAHANAN 1 JULAI 2021 MENGENAI PELAN PEMULIHAN NEGARA (PPN) & PERINTAH KAWALAN PERGERAKAN DIPERKETATKAN (PKPD) Pemantauan dan Penguatkuasaan SOP COVID-19 di Sektor Perkilangan dan Premis Perniagaan Seperti yang diumumkan sebelum ini, Kerajaan akan mempertingkatkan penguatkuasaan secara menyeluruh dari segi pemeriksaan ke atas kilang- kilang dan premis-premis perniagaan kerana terlalu banyak pelanggaran arahan kerajaan dan SOP yang telah diwartakan. Secara kumulatifnya, pasukan Task Force Operasi Pematuhan telah melaksanakan 98,376 pemeriksaan dan snap check COVID-19 di seluruh negara dengan jumlah kekuatan anggota seramai 20,701 orang. Semalam, pasukan Task Force Operasi Pematuhan telah melakukan 2,133 pemeriksaan ke atas kilang dan 11,369 premis perniagaan. Daripada jumlah itu, tiga (3) kilang dan 10 premis diarahkan tutup kerana didapati melanggar arahan kerajaan dan SOP. Manakala di WP Kuala Lumpur purata kes harian adalah dalam lingkungan 600 ke 1,000 kes. Kesemua daerah di Selangor dan WP Kuala Lumpur melaporkan insiden kes COVID-19 melebihi 12.1 /100,000 penduduk. Data unjuran kadar nilai kebolehjangkitan (R-naught) di kedua-dua negeri ini masih dalam lingkungan 1.0 dan tidak menunjukkan trend penurunan. Majlis banyak kerjasama strategik dapat dilaksanakan antara perasmian berlangsung di pusat pembedahan tersebut MAIWP dan Kementerian Kesihatan. di Jalan 3/3C, Sri Utara, Off Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur. Turut hadir pada majlis tersebut adalah YBhg. Datuk Perasmian bersama ini adalah merupakan simbolik Farida binti Mohd Ali, Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian kepada kerjasama strategik antara MAIWP dan Kesihatan Malaysia; YBhg. Datuk Othman bin Haji Kementerian Kesihatan di bawah Strategi Lautan Mahmood, Timbalan Ketua Setiausaha Kanan JPM, Biru dalam menubuhkan sebuah prasarana yang YBhg.
