ABOUT THE TERRAPINS • The Maryland Terrapins, under the direction of head coach Sasho Cirovski, are one of the hottest teams in the Big Ten. The Terps started slow out of the gate, losing the opening three matches before rebounding to earn results in five-straight to post a record of 4-3-1. #IUMS ON SOCIAL MEDIA • Redshirt senior forward Paul Binn paces the Terrapins in goals scored (3), total points (7) and game-winning goals (2). Freshman midfielder Ben Bender has scored two goals and leads Maryland in shots (20) and shots on goal (8). @IndianaMSOC • Maryland is 3-0 when sophomore keeper Niklas Neumann is in net. He has allowed two goals in his three starts and has made six saves on the year. SERIES HISTORY @IndianaMSOC • Indiana and Maryland have played 16 times on the pitch. Both programs have scored 18 goals in those 16 matches, but Indiana holds the slight series edge, 5-4-7. • The two teams have squared off six times in the postseason, including twice in the NCAA @IndianaMSOC Tournament.
