Your Bucket List Your Bucket list is inspired by the movie “” starring and . The main plot follows two terminally ill men on their road trip with a wish list of things to do before they "kick the bucket” (die).

Be aware of your list of things you really want to do in your lifetime. Start today! Start working on it now. Starting now will allow you to accomplish more than you ever thought possible, rather than rushing around at a later point in life, when you have limited time.

MAKE YOUR LIST. SET YOUR PRIORITIES. GOOD LUCK. HAVE FUN!

A good way to do it is to set a timer and start writing everything down that comes to your mind, like a brainstorming list. By using this method you get over any thoughts of “can’t do”, “to difficult”, “to expensive” or similar. Right now it’s a matter of jutting down everything that you would like to experience, do, be or have that comes to your mind. You can prioritize and organize the different elements in the next step.

Areas of interest to be considered: Places to see? Places of historic interest, beauty, spiritual interest, natural wonders or other interests? Things to do? Swim with dolphins, rock climbing, paragliding, winter bathing… Family and friends to see and spend time with? Friends or relatives you haven’t seen for a long time. New friends you would like to get in contact with. Projects to start or finish? Programs/Causes to support? Personal history to write? Book(s) / articles that can be written summarizing life experiences or knowledge gained? A list of regrets that can be resolved? Contacting people you want to give an excuse. Personal search for spiritual meaning? Start to meditate, join spiritual forums… Political cause(s) to support or champion? Do that good cause you have talked about for years but never done or find a meaningful cause to support. Learn a new sport or hobby or try a new activity? Start dancing tango or? Laugh every day, play with your family or friends, have fun every day. Take time to be alone. Be mindful and in stillness for several days. Enjoy a yoga retreat, a hike, a hot stone massage. Enjoy a concert with your favourite band or entertainer in a BIG concert hall. Add your own favourites…

What are the things you have always wanted to do or say but have allowed fear or excuses to hold you back? NOW is the time to these things!

Use additional paper to continue your list. Just keep adding on to it.

If you want the list more organised, you can prioritise it later. You may even group your elements into subgroups as: Things to do, places to see, people to contact, holyday events, out of comfort zone, do it alone, learn, make a difference.

Best of all - decide to start the things you want to do NOW. Why not do one of them per month!
