Audi @ Boat Asia is Asia’s premier leisure boat and luxury waterfront event and a celebration of 30 years ® of AUDI Quattro .
We provided full event management and show production support for AUDI. We engineered a massive 37.5 degree-angled ramp to secure the AUDI Quattro, showcasing its permanent 4-wheel power distribution technology. In addition, we also designed and engineered the test traction track for the shoot out challenge as well as steel obstacles for the Q7 demonstration.

Great Eastern Bancassurance Appreciation Nite 2012 - 2015
An annual appreciation night for agents of Great Eastern Singapore. In 2014, INX created a concave shaped LED wall with a slight fish-eye visual effect using P7 LED TV Cabinets. A simple but it adds novelty to the stage aesthetic look. While in 2015, to match the festive theme, we created a 3 tier backdrop with various die-cut boards to create a 3D effect.
Not only providing full stage production and logistics support for the event, INX also take charge of the foyer activities and full thematic decorations’ conceptualisation and production.

Prudential FLYING START 2013!
‘Prudential Flying Start!’ is a keynote motivational congress held at the beginning of each year which involves thousands of elite agents attending the event.
Complementing the mountain climbing theme, a gigantic mountain shaped structure with scaffold backing was built at the expo hall. A 54feet by 10m drop down banner rigged from the ceiling was also used to complete the mountain outlook. The entire backdrop was then used as a opening prop, when the CEO performed a specially choreographed mini musical and climbed to the top of the structure to give his opening speech.
On top of the stage production, we also took charge of handling the entire conference production, as well as the pre-event team building activities at foyer.

AIA Agency Mid Year Kick Off! 2014
INX’s strong creative team had developed a two and a half minutes long 3D projection mapping on a 72ft by 14ft surface paired with soft edge blending technology that is aligned with media server to sequence the entire presentation.
Throughout the event, multiple effects were also used to enhanced the attendees’ visual experience. Some examples includes the use flame throwers and concert use Co2 cannons.

AIA MOVIE SCREENING
2013 - 2015
The outdoor screening event was held at Marina Barrage and Gardens by the Bay, with the breathtaking marine bay night view that includes Singapore Flyer and Marina Bay Sands as the backdrop, in the past 3 years.
Licensed movies, are shown on huge projector screen using the high lumen professional cinemascope projector, while event attendees relax and laid back on the soft grass to enjoy the movies, jazz band performance and fine snacks & beverages. LED light furniture enhanced the scenic night view.

AIA Music Run - Music Village, Rock Zone & Dance Zone ™ The Music Run Singapore was held in Sentosa with participants of the run treated with energetic top hits throughout the run.
INX supported the run with the productions and operations of three main zones for AIA namely the AIA hospitality suite at the Music Village with customised die-cut light boxes, LED furnitures and a LED truck that roved around Sentosa to add on to the aesthetic of the event.
The Rock Zone, where participants were greeted with rock icons for a photo-op on the arch. While at the Dance Zone, Runners partied their hearts out at the Dance Club, with mist cooling system and lighting & lasers effects to elevate the party atmosphere.

Singapore Youth Festival
Stage & AV Production
For the first time, instead of indoor concerts, the Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) Celebrations held moved to Gardens by the Bay. It featured a series of performances by the Display Bands, Drum Corps and a Combined Schools Chorus of 400 students and Street Art performances in July.
INX supported this event in areas with the Stage Production and AVL equipment. One special highlight of this event is the first ever magnificent circular stage built around the super trees, that is 118 feet in diameter size, that staged up to 100 performers with full band instruments.

Tanjong Pagar GRC & Radin Mas SMC Arts & Cultural Nite 2012 & 2013 @ The Park
The Arts & Cultural Nite is a signature event held yearly, and was our second consecutive year of production works.
The event has grew in scale ever since it started, occupying the entire Tiong Bahru Park and Gan Eng Seng School Field. The content is segmented into zones such as Concert Area, International Exhibition, International Food and many more. The event is also graced by GOH, Mr Chan Chun Sing and various grassroots advisors.
INX was also involved in the conceptualization & designs works of the decoration at other zones such as International Exhibition and more. On top of this, we took charge stage and programme management, which included the prestigious Singapore Chinese Orchestra (approximately 80 pieces of instruments involved), Belgium Jazz Band and other performances representative of different cultures.

Hello 2012 and 2013! are a series of signature countdown events organized for the local residents. Both events recorded thousands of turnout and featured a wide range of performers such as local top celebrity, Rui En and Felicia Chin, local Singapore idols such as Hady Miraz, and many popular local indie bands and dance performers, as well as a magnificent fireworks display to end the night with.

Pek Kio CC Launch & 50th Year Anniversary Celebration
To commemorate the 50th year anniversary, as well as the relocation to the newly built Pek Kio community centre, the GOH, PM Lee was specially invited to conduct the launch and ‘light up’ the new building. The choreographed launch segment includes the unveil of the community centre’s plaque with a hydraulic lift machine, a 20 seconds fireworks ç display on building fa ade, congratulatory banner drops and artificial intelligent to light up the building ç fa ade throughout the night.
Besides handling the launch segment, we also took charge of the audio and lightings productions.
