如何辦理進／出口報關手續 HOW TO COMPLETE AND LODGE IMPORT/EXPORT DECLARATIONS

1. 引言 1. Introduction 本冊子為將物品進出口的人士提供辦理進／出口 This booklet provides importers and exporters with general 報關手續的一般指引。有關進／出口報關的法例 guidelines for completing and lodging import/export 要求，請參閱香港法例第 60E 章《進出口（登記） declarations. 2. 法律責任 2. 警告：所有呈交給海關關長的報關表格必須遵照《進出口（登記）規例》的規定而填報，內容必須準確及完整。呈交不適當的報關表格將不被當作已為有關物品報關。錯用報關表格報關，貿易商必須以正確進／出口報關表格重新呈交一份報關單，並且需要繳付有關的逾期報關罰款及／或相關報關費。 WARNING: All declarations forms lodged to the Commissioner must be accurate and complete according to the Import and Export (Registration) Regulations. Lodging declaration in an inappropriate form shall be deemed NOT to have lodged the declaration of the articles. For misuse of form type, traders are required to re-lodge a declaration using a correct type of import/export declaration form and shall be liable for payment of late lodgement penalty and/or relevant declaration charge.

Waters in the vicinity of Hong Kong refer to waters within the following boundaries  (i) to the East, meridian 114o30 East; (ii) to the South, parallel 22o09 North; and (iii) to the West, meridian 113o31 East.
