This memorandum serves to document the staff’s final resolution of emergency preparedness-related frequently asked question (EPFAQ) No’s. 2012-2012-002, 2012-004, and 2012-006, which were published in the Federal Register for a 30-day comment public period (ADAMS Accession No. ML12201A946).
No public comments were received on proposed staff resolutions to EPFAQ Nos. 2012-002, 2012-004, and 2012-006. As such, staff proposed resolutions for EPFAQ Nos. 2012-002, 2012-004, and 2012-006 are being finalized and NRC web-page updated accordingly.
