MIDWEST CITY BUICK NATIONAL MEET JUNE 12-15, 2019

Make plans now to... Get your kicks at the Buick National Meet

Registration forms are available in this brochure, on the Bugle cover wrap and on the BCA website: www.buickclub.org Here are 8 excellent reasons why you should plan to... Get your kicks at the Buick National Meet Midwest City, OK • June 12-15, 2019 1 BUICKS, BUICKS AND MORE BUICKS The Buick National Meet is the largest gathering of great vintage Buicks in the country and that’s what you’ll see! All makes and models — some in need of repair, others perfectly restored, some jazzed up with muscle, others as original as it gets, some driven and some trailered. All of these cars have one thing in common: The owners love them and we, at the BCA, welcome any and all of them to the BCA meet in Oklahoma! 2 MEETING OLD & NEW FRIENDS This is the one and only time the BCA has a national get-together to be with old friends and to celebrate our mutual interest in vintage Buicks. It’s also a great opportunity to make new friends and learn about Buick models you might not have previously been interested in. How about offering a new member a ride on one of the driving tours or invite someone new to have dinner or a beer with you? Give a kid at the meet a chance to sit (or ride) in your vintage automobile. This short time together each summer is all about FUN - so come join us in the celebration! 3 TAKE YOUR VERY OWN VEHICLE If you want to have your car judged by people knowledgeable about Buicks so you can find out what might be corrected at some future time — this is a GREAT opportunity to do just that. If you have worked hard and spent money to make your Buick the best it can be, want to have it judged, and hopefully win an award — GREAT! And if you only want to relax, sit beside your car under an umbrella sipping on a cold drink, gabbing with friends all day — that’s GREAT too! 4 SWAP MEET EXTRAORDINAIRE There will be a vast amount of old Buick parts that are for sale in the swap meet portion of the meet. This might be the largest selection of old Buick parts for sale at any meet anywhere, so come prepared to shop and buy! 5 BUICKS WERE MADE TO BE DRIVEN (on tours) TWO driving tours are offered that require only two things: a car and a driver. Wednesday’s tour is a short drive to the historic town of Guthrie, Oklahoma’s first capital. You’ll find restored Go for the cars, return for the friendships and fun Registration forms for the 2019 National Meet are available in this brochure, on the Bugle cover wrap and BCA website: www.buickclub.org heritage buildings and unique vintage shopping opportunities. Friday’s tour is a drive on Route 66 through a short area of Oklahoma. Neon signs, old gas MIDWEST CITY stations and bucolic scenery await you, so bring your car and some friends and experience the “Mother OKLAHOMA Road”. Only $5 and you also recieve a color guide and map to help navigate each of the driving tour routes!
