1. Project Name: Construction of Sports and Fitness Complex «Orom». 2. General information about project proponent: LLC «Polvonlar Milliy Markazi» TIN 206996642-was established in april 2016 year (certificate of state registration number 004637). It's founders are individuals and legal entities including Federations like Aikido, Arm wrestling, Taekwondo, Kurash, Boxing, Judo, Karate-do, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Weight Lifting, Equestrian, Sambo, Fencing, etc. Address 100069, , Mustakillik street, 59. Society was established to support young athletes and sport veterans. 3. Information about the project: The project implementer and employer is LLC «Polvonlar Milliy Markazi». For the construction of Sports and Fitness Complex «Orom» 39 hectares of land was allocated in the territory of Yukori district between the road of Tashkent- and coastal zone of Chirchik river. On the territory of 39 hectares are planned to build sports and fitness complex equipped with modem medical and sports equipments which meet international standards including sports area, recreational area, tourist area, concert complex, restaurant, water park, etc. Current state of the territory - launched, the construction will be carried out from scratch. There is a connection to the networks of water supply, electricity supply and gas supply of existing regional networks. The sewerage to the existing collector is 1000 mm. The project provides for maximum conservation of existing green spaces, improvement of the terrain, construction of roads in the water protection zone, perimeter of the site, access roads to planned buildings and structures, fire passages, fences. On the territory it is planned to place a hotel complex for 100 rooms, residential cottages for renting vacationers (1-2 storey buildings with landscaped areas with them), a sports complex for fighting (for sports events), a universal concert hall for 1000 seats, a restaurant with 100 seats, a water park with a beach area, an administration unit with rooms for serving personnel, technical and auxiliary facilities, sports grounds for beach recreation, walking alleys and health path, bicycle paths and other elements of small architectural forms. The entire area will be additionally greened and landscaped, equipped with a water supply that serves the car park in sufficient quantity. The existing lake «Orom» is proposed to be generally preserved, to carry out measures for cleaning the seabed and coastal strip and to prepare for use by visitors during the summer seasons.

The complex is scheduled for year-round use. In summer the complex will mainly work with vacationers and tourists, in winter the complex can be used by sports federations and organizations for training camps, sporting events, etc. 4. Marketing: Hotel and residential cottages: The offered services - accommodation of tourists and vacationers in living rooms - 200 places. Accommodation for holidaymakers in family cottages with multi-room numbers is approximately up to 400 visitors. The work of the staff in the number of 250-300 people around the clock. Competitiveness of the project: an advantageous location of the complex (close location to Tashkent city (25 km) in comparison with similar complexes like Charvak and the Chimgan zones. For the construction of objects mainly will be used local building materials and labor resources, in part will be purchased high-quality finishing materials, furniture, foreign-made equipments on a competitive basis. Approximate number of necessary personnel is 300 people. Engineering - 20 people, workers and employees - 280 people. 5. Financing The approximate cost of the project is determined at the stage of the draft project after its approval. The cost of construction is estimated at 50 mln. USD. The commissioning of facilities in accordance with the development program will be introduced in stages. In the first phase: Fencing the area, installing gates, checkpoints and planning works. The Second phase: Construction of roads, warehouse, household, administrative and technical buildings (TP, settling tanks, toilets, water tanks, utilities). The third phase: Construction of priority objects: a hotel for 100 rooms, a universal hall for 1000 seats, a sports complex for wrestling. The Fourth phase: Construction of cottages. The Fifth phase: Building of the lake «Orom». The Sixth phase: Construction of water park, restaurants, cafes, small architectural forms, swimming pools. 6. Expected results from the project: Annual receipts from the operation of the facility is expected to reach 5 mln. USD per year. 7. Status of development and examination of project documentation. The development of the master plan of the construction site with the placement of objects is underway. Planned phases of preparation of project documentation: I. Phrase - Draft design of the complex. II. Phase - Development of a detailed design of projects and budget.

III. Phase - Project appraisal. IV. Phase - Obtaining permission from the State Architectural and Construction Inspection for construction.
