NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION NO –2/(2)CS OF 2020-2021 OF ASSISTANT ENGINEER, PWD, CONTAI SUB-DIVISION.
Sealed Quotations are invited by the Assistant Engineer, PWD, Contai Sub-Division, P.O.-Contai, Dist. Purba Medinipur for the work as stated below:

2 Eligibility of the Bidder Bonafide and resourceful agencies having enough financial capabilities/ adequate experience in successfully executing similar nature of works in Government Departments/ Organization. 3 Stipulated period of As per work list work 4 Date of application 02.11.2018 up to 12.200 P.M.
Name of the work and due date of opening should be subscribed on the sealed cover of the quotation.
Intending Quotationers must submit sealed quotation together with self-attested photo copy of documentary evidence of following:- Certificate in support of experience, valid PAN, Professional Tax Payment challan/Receipt (up to date), Trade License etc.
Successful Quotationer must have to deposit Earnest Money @ 2% of their total quoted value in the form of Bank Draft drawn on any Nationalised Bank/RBI listed bank in favour of the ‘Executive Engineer, Tamluk Division, PWD. payable at Tamluk’.
Successful Quotationer shall have to execute agreement in appropriate Government Forms (3 sets) along with work schedule (3 sets) (to be purchased as per Govt. rates) for final acceptance of his offer and issuance of work order.
The accepting authority reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason thereto. Intending quotationers will have to quote their rates in words and figures clearly in their letter head as per specified proforma annex –I inclusive all incidental charges, taxes, cess and duties etc. This notice inviting quotation shall be deemed to be part and parcel of the contract if and when awarded.
The tender/quotation will be received up to 12.30 P.M. on 06/11/2020 & will be opened thereafter in presence of the tenderers willing to present during Opening. No tender / quotation paper will be issued on the date of opening.
The NIQ Schedule of quantity & rate will be part of the contract. 1% Cess, I.T. GST. etc. will be deducted from his bill as per rule.
