A catalyst for our engagement with contemporary art and artists is the Founding Collection of Charles and Emma Frye, access to which shall always be free.

The year that ended on December 31, 2015 was in every way a celebration of We were pleased to partner again with the Yesler Community Center and genius for the Frye Art Museum. The Frye Art Museum provides preschool children, students, teachers, parents, and lifelong learners with opportunities to engage with the arts Youth Programs Participating School Pre-K–12 Guided Tours and ideas in all disciplines. Children and students are encouraged to examine and enjoy works of art while developing creative and critical- 301 Districts and Self-Guided Tours thinking skills. The Museum supports visual arts education as well as language arts, math, and social studies, and state and national learning 9 149 standards.
