No. VI(1)/131/2016. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby fixes Paramathy in Namakkal District as the place at which the District Munsif Court, Paramathy, shall be held.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that in Namakkal District, the District Munsif Court, Paramathy, shall have local jurisdiction over the entire Paramathy Taluk with effect from the date of constitution of separate District Munsif Court at Paramathy.

In exercise of the power conferred by Section 28 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that the District Munsif, Paramathy shall have and exercise jurisdiction of a Court of Small Causes under the provincial Small Causes Court Act, 1887 for the trial suits cognizable by a Court of Small Causes upto the pecuniary limits of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with effect from the date of constitution of separate District Munsif Court at Paramathy.

Re-Designation of Court at Paramathy in Namakkal District. (Roc. No. 2949/2012/G/Judn)

Whereas the Government of Tamil Nadu have issued orders in G.O.Ms.No. 775, Home (Courts-Ill) Department, dated 28-10-2015 that a separate District Munsif Court be constituted at Paramathy and in G.O.(Ms).No.484, Home (Courts-II) Department, dated 12-06-2015, that the existing District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramathy be converted as separate Judicial Magistrate Court at Paramathy. Hence, it is hereby informed that on and from the date on which the District Munsif Court, Paramathy is constituted, the existing District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramathy shall be re-designated as Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramathy.

No. VI(1)/136/2016. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby fixes Sulur in Coimbatore District as the place at which the District Munsif Court, Sulur, shall be held.

NOTIFICATION - II (Roc. No. 2634/2010/G/Judn)

No. VI(1)/137/2016. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that in Coimbatore District, the District Munsif Court, Coimbatore, shall cease to have local jurisdiction over the entire Revenue Taluk of Sulur and the District Munsif Court, Sulur shall have and exercise local jurisdiction over the entire Revenue Taluk of Sulur with effect from the date on which the District Munsif, Sulur assumes charge of that court.

Hence, it is hereby informed that on and from the date on which the District Munsif Court, Lalgudi is constituted, the existing District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Lalgudi shall be re-designated as Judicial Magistrate Court, Lalgudi.

Ms. No. 94, Housing and Urban Development, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2, Page-228, dated:15.07.2009. 2. Land use zone conversion from Agriculture use zone into Educational use zone order is G.O (2D) No. 67, Housing and Urban Development [UD 4(1)] Department, dated 03.03.2016 the following variation are made to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram Local Planning Authority approved under the said Act and published in the G.O.
