(L.F. 1035/ICA/2000) No. VI(1)/130/2016. “In the circumstances stated by the Assistant Director of Industries and Commerce (Industrial Co-operatives), TAICO Bank, Chennai / Official Liquidator of the Trichy Auto Servicing Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., Ind. No. 799 in the final closure proposals dated 1-3-2016 and in exercise of the powers delegated under Section 140(1) of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, the registration of the Trichy Auto Servicing Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. JUDICIAL NOTIFICATIONS Constitution of separate District Munsif Court at Paramathy and separate Judicial Magistrate Court at Paramathy by converting the existing District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramathy in Namakkal District. (Roc. No. 2949/2012/G/Judn) No. VI(1)/131/2016. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby fixes Paramathy in Namakkal District as the place at which the District Munsif Court, Paramathy, shall be held. NOTIFICATION - II (Roc. No. 2949/2012/G/Judn) No. VI(1)/132/2016. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that in Namakkal District, the District Munsif Court, Paramathy, shall have local jurisdiction over the entire Paramathy Taluk with effect from the date of constitution of separate District Munsif Court at Paramathy. The High Court, Madras hereby directs and notifies that the District Munsif, Paramathy in Namakkal District shall exercise all the powers conferred on a District Munsif under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) as amended up-to-date in regard to original suits and proceedings not otherwise exempted from his cognizance of which the amount or value of the subject matter does not exceed One Lakh Rupees within the local limits of his jurisdiction with effect from the date of constitution of separate District Munsif Court at Paramathy. In exercise of the power conferred by Section 28 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that the District Munsif, Paramathy shall have and exercise jurisdiction of a Court of Small Causes under the provincial Small Causes Court Act, 1887 for the trial suits cognizable by a Court of Small Causes upto the pecuniary limits of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with effect from the date of constitution of separate District Munsif Court at Paramathy. Re-Designation of Court at Paramathy in Namakkal District. (Roc. No. 2949/2012/G/Judn) No. VI(1)/135/2016. Whereas the Government of Tamil Nadu have issued orders in G.O.Ms.No. 775, Home (Courts-Ill) Department, dated 28-10-2015 that a separate District Munsif Court be constituted at Paramathy and in G.O.(Ms).No.484, Home (Courts-II) Department, dated 12-06-2015, that the existing District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramathy be converted as separate Judicial Magistrate Court at Paramathy. Hence, it is hereby informed that on and from the date on which the District Munsif Court, Paramathy is constituted, the existing District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramathy shall be re-designated as Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramathy. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby fixes Sulur in Coimbatore District as the place at which the District Munsif Court, Sulur, shall be held. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that in Coimbatore District, the District Munsif Court, Coimbatore, shall cease to have local jurisdiction over the entire Revenue Taluk of Sulur and the District Munsif Court, Sulur shall have and exercise local jurisdiction over the entire Revenue Taluk of Sulur with effect from the date on which the District Munsif, Sulur assumes charge of that court. Majority of the tribal population in Tamil Nadu live in hilly ranges viz., Eastern Ghats, Western Ghats and the discontinuous hill tracts adjoining the plains and the hills. These tribal’s live in forest. The tribal communities are scattered throughout in the Coimbatore district. The settlement starts from Irulas of Uliyoor in Mettupalayam and ends with the Mudhuva and Pulaiya settlements of Amarvathi Nagar. Tribal settlements is found in Uliyoor, Palamalai, Anaikatti, Maruthamalai, Manar, Singupathi, Mavuthampathi, Karatoor, Thirumoorthy Hills, Amaravathi Dam Region, Valparai in Coimbatore district.
