Josh worked at UNICEF headquarters managing a global corporate evaluation of UNICEF’s work with and for adolescents. He served as Technical Expert on adolescents at the UNICEF regional office in Nairobi, and has consulted on youth employment and empowerment issues for ILO, UNDG, UNDP, the Inter-Agency Network for Education in Emergencies, Adam Smith International and MercyCorps. He served as editor of Liberia’s first Poverty Reduction Strategy, as well as the national Human Development Report for the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2006-7, he managed a USAID-funded reintegration program for children and women affected by the fighting forces in Liberia. He holds a Masters Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University.
