Presentation of the society, The Negociant Eleuveur Maison Hecht & Bannier, specializing in red wines from the South of France, came to light in 2002. Our goal is to have our wines become the reference fod quality in the region with a unique range of appellation wines. We are convinced that from Roussillon to Provence, the most talente vineyard in France, has not yet received the international recognition that it deserves: our wines allow wine-lovers to discover the extraordinary quality and wealth of our region. The cornerstone of our profession is our extensive knowledge of vineyards and cellars. Every year we visit hundreds of producers to select only the best wines. Often, our wines come from vineyards in the cooler foothills where it isn’t rare to see hundred-year-old vines. Once the long selection process has come to an end, we organize tastings to create the blends and decide on our elevage options. In each appellation we gather the range of samples that have pre-selected (usually 15 to 30), we build our blend. Each blend is usually based on 5 to 10 different origins. It happens that we reject some very good wines which cannot be blended because they do not express our vision of the appellation. We also wish, from one vintage to another to remain true to our concept of each specific geographical origin while emphasizing each year particular successful grapes or area. Particular car is given to ageing, which is consider to be the core of our work. This explains why we select our wines as early as possible and bring them together in our own cellar. We do not have any recipe for the ageing and we adapt our choices taking into account the vintage, the appellation and the grapes, with the aim to show drinkable wines shortly after their bottling. Today we are known as the Maison de Négoce who pays the highest prices for buying its wines. We are proud of this.

Presentation of the society, Manoir d'Apreval is a traditional family-held domain near Honfleur, Normandy, that produces Normandy and Pays d'Auge ciders, Pommeau de Normandie and Calvados Pays d'Auge. Our 25 hectares of high-branch traditional apple trees are managed in a purely organic manner and the quality of our products is of paramount importance to us. Our products are mostly distributed on site, in restaurants that like to see diversity on their wine list and through passionate wine retailers. Our bottles, which are not distributed on a very large scale, have a modern design that makes them easily recognisable amongst other calvados. This allows our distributors to offer quality products that are well differentiated, easy to recognise and remember, and uncommon since they are not mass-distributed. We like to work directly with our importers and retailers, regardless of their size. So as to facilitate such a close collaboration we accept orders as modest as one box and we work with transporters who have competitive prices for the delivery of small quantities across Europe. This allows our European partners to order their ciders and Calvados directly from the producer, even for small quantities, and therefore offer quality Normandy products at the right price.

Representation on the market: All kind Presentation of the society, Vignerons d’En France is an affiliation of 7 small manufacturing companies of all France, mostly from the cooperative sector, created in 2007. This approach follows the willingness of these companies combine their strengths to export, and offers our customers a wide range of French wines, covering most types of vineyards and Appellations. It starts thus from the need of our clients face to a scattered offer, to be able to find a single point of contact for wines from several regions of France, directly from producers. Our products are characterized by their strong link to the Terroir, and their high quality level, which is the common point of the range. Our goal is both to guarantee you the quality and authenticity of our products, some of which are from little known Appellations, and provide you a direct link with the production, the guarantee of a solid value for money.
