DOGGY DAY CARE AT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DESCRIPTION

Doggy Day Care is a three-hour dog-sitting service that takes place at Madame Tussauds Sydney.

By purchasing a Doggy Day Care session at Madame Tussauds Sydney, the dog owner / dog carer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

HOW TO SECURE A PLACE

1. Doggy Day Care at Madame Tussauds Sydney is available to secure on the following dates and times only: • Tuesday 1st June | 10am -1pm | 1pm – 4pm • Wednesday 2nd June | 10am -1pm | 1pm – 4pm • Tuesday 8th June | 10am -1pm | 1pm – 4pm • Wednesday 9th June | 10am -1pm | 1pm – 4pm • Tuesday 15th June | 10am -1pm | 1pm – 4pm • Wednesday 16th June | 10am -1pm | 1pm – 4pm • Tuesday 22nd June | 10am -1pm | 1pm – 4pm • Wednesday 23rd June | 10am -1pm | 1pm – 4pm

2. Once the session time has been booked, it will no longer be available on the Madame Tussauds Sydney website.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3. Each Madame Tussauds Sydney Doggy Day Care session is charged at $150 – paid upon booking completion online 4. Each session provides free entry for one dog and one dog owner/ carer to Madame Tussauds Sydney during their session time (three hours maximum). 5. Upon securing a spot on the Madame Tussauds Sydney Doggy Day Care session, the Dog owner / Dog carer agrees that their dog: a. Has no pre-existing medical conditions b. Is not over eight years old c. Weights less than 30 Kg d. Has no behavioural issues e. Requires no medication to be administered while in the care of the Madame Tussauds Sydney’s Doggy Day Care team f. Poses no risk to the / Madame Tussauds Sydney staff while participating in Doggy Day Care 6. The Dog owner / carer will provide a lead 7. The Dog owner / carer will provide the dog’s food for the session 8. In consideration of participating in Doggy Day Care at Madame Tussauds Sydney, the Dog owner/ Dog carer understands and agrees to sign a release of liability, waiver of legal rights, and assumption of risk and to the terms as outlined on form.

TERMS OF USE AND REFUNDS All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and void if altered. They are not valid for special events that require a separate admission charge. All persons entering the Attraction must have a valid entrance ticket which must be retained during the visit.

As the tickets are non-transferable, accordingly, they may not be sold or passed on to any third party.

The visitor attraction known as Madame Tussauds Sydney and situated at Aquarium Pier (next to Sydney Aquarium, , Sydney (“The Attraction”) is owned by the Merlin Attractions Operations Limited (Merlin). All ticket holders to the Attraction are subject to the following Terms and Conditions and by acquiring one or more tickets to The Attraction (“Ticket” or “Tickets”) you confirm to Merlin that you accept these terms and conditions of use. Ticket holder are referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “Visitors”.
