Who says that you can’t combine fast, healthy, and delicous into the same meal?

ONE OF MY ALL-TIME FAVORITE ... The Reuben is a major contributor my problems with pants sizes. , , Cheese, and that delicious ! Now that’s a Sandwich. Here’s a very healthy, and fat burning version from the Dolce Diet, by Mike Dolce. I eat this several times a week, and continue to drop weight!

THE GREEN REUBEN - Serves 1 Spread Reuben Sauce on 1 slice of bread and Yellow on Second Slice. INGREDIENTS: Place the bread slices, dry side down, in a •4 Tbsp. Veganese (Vegan mayonnaise) pan over medium heat drizzled with grapeseed •1 1/2 Tbsp. Ketchup oil. •1 Tbsp. Top one slice with Avocado and Swiss •1/2 tsp. Sweet Pickle Relish Cheese. Place the Sauerkraut on top of the •dash of Worcestershire Sause other slice of bread. •2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread Toast the Bread slices until browned - •1 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard about 5 minutes.
