Windows 上の Java on UNIX 風環境の構築 Ver.06.10 Windows 上の Java on UNIX 風環境の構築 Java プログラミングの授業は教育学部の UNIX システム EDU システム上で、Java 2 SDK Standard Edition Ver.1.4.1 を用い（授業に間に合えば、最新版 JDK5.0 Update9 に更新す る予定）、エディタとして GNU Emacs ver.21.3.1 を用いて行なう。自宅で自習するために、 これと類似の環境を Windows 上に構築する方法について述べる。 １．Java 開発環境 JDK Java SE Development Kit (JDK) は Java 言語処理系の一つであり、Sun Microsystems 社が無料配布している。2006 年 10 月現在の最新版は JDK5.0 Update9 であり、 http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/ja/download.html からダウンロードできる（旧版の Java2SE（Java Platform, Standard Edition; 旧名 JDK1.2 →Java2SDK）は最早サポートされていない。 JDK 5.0 の入手とインストール方法： 以下に述べる方法でやったために利用している PC に不具合が生じても責任は持てないこ とを承知しておかれたい（インストール方法を各自が Sun Microsystems 社のサイトで調べ て、自分の責任でインストールすることが基本である）。 以下のステップに従う： (1) Sun Microsystems 社のウェブサイトからダウンロードする： J2SE and NetBeans IDE Bundle NB 5.0 / J2SE 5.0 Update 9（2006.10 時点で最新版) をダウンロードする。このバンドルには J2SE Development Kit 5.0 Update 9 J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 9 NetBeans IDE 5.0 が含まれている。J2SE Runtime Environment (JRE) は Java アプリケーションを実行 するための環境を提供し、NetBeans IDE は Java プラットフォームでアプリケーショ ンを開発するための強力な統合開発環境である。 詳細はここ：http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/ja/README.html 1 1.1) http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/ja/download.html にアクセスする。 ダウンロード 1.2)「JDK 5.0 Update 9 with NetBeans 5.0」の をクリックする。 J2SE Development Kit 5.0 Update 9 および NetBeans IDE 5.0 のダウンロード の をクリックする。 1.3) 「セキュリティに関する警告」ウィンドウが現れるので、「ＯＫ」をクリック。 1.4) Required: You must accept the license agreement to download the product. Accept License Agreement | Review License Agreement Decline License Agreement 契約内容をよく読んで、「Accept」にチェックを入れる。 1.5) Windows Platform - J2SE and NetBeans IDE Bundle NB 5.0 / J2SE 5.0 Update 9 J2SE and NetBeans IDE Bundle (NB 5.0 / 139.40 jdk-1_5_0_09-nb-5_0-win-ml.exe J2SE 5.0 Update 9) MB を選んでクリックする。 1.6) ファイルの保存先を適当なところ（例えば、デスクトップ）に指定して、ファイルを ダウンロードして保存する。139MB あるので、利用回線の帯域幅や PC 機種や Windows 等 OS やそのバージョンにもよるが、かなり時間がかかり、また、かなり大きなハードディ スク容量が必要なので注意のこと。また、Windows XP 他では、管理者権限がないユーザ にはインストールができないので注意のこと。 (2) インストール 2.1) J2SE の他のバージョンがインストールされている場合は、それをアンインストー ルする。アンインストールには Microsoft Windows の「アプリケーションの追加と 削除」ユーティリティを使用する（[スタート]→[設定]→[コントロールパネル] を 選択すればアクセスできる）。 2.2) ダウンロードしたファイル「jdk-1_5_0_09-nb-5_0_win-ml.exe」をクリックしてイ ンストーラーを起動し、画面の指示に従って操作する（ライセンスへの同意を含む）。 途中で J2SE のインストール先を聞かれるが、デフォールトで与えられる「C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.5.0_09」としておくとよい。そうしなかった場合、以下の 3)の設 定ではそれに対応してフォルダ名を変えること。 2.3) 「J2SE Development Kit 5.0 Update 9」「J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 9」 と「NetBeans IDE 5.0」も自動的にインストールされる。注意書きをよく読んで、 2 終了をクリックするとインストールは終わる。 2.4) ダウンロードしたファイル「jdk-1_5_0_09-nb-5_0_win-ml.exe」を削除する（任意）。 (3) 使い勝手を良くするための設定 3.1) DOS 窓（DOS コマンド入力用ウィンドウ）を開くためのショートカットの作成： ・ （Windows XP の場合）「スタート」→「すべてのプログラム」→「アクセサリ」 ・ 「コマンドプロンプト」を右クリックし「ショートカットの作成」をクリック ・ 作成されたショートカットをデスクトップにドロー＆ドロップ 3.2) 環境変数 PATH の設定： ・ （Windows XP の場合）「スタート」→「コントロールパネル」→「パフォーマンス とメンテナンス」 ・ 「システム」のアイコンをクリックする。 ・ 「システムのプロパティ」が立ち上がるので、上部バーにある「詳細設定」を選ぶ。 ここをクリックする ・ 画面下部にある「環境変数(N)」をクリックすると環境変数画面が立ち上がる。 ・ 環境変数画面において、「システム環境変数(S)」の中の「Path（大文字と小文字は 3 区別しない）」をクリックし反転させ、「編集」をクリックする。 これらをクリックする ・ 「システム環境変数(S)」の中の環境変数 Path を選択して、末尾に 「;C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.5.0_09\bin」 と入力して「ＯＫ」をクリックする（先頭の「；」を忘れず入力すること）。これ により、どのディレクトリからも Java 関係のコマンド（プログラム）が実行でき るようになる。 この部分を入力する。 C¥program･･･の前の「；」を忘れないように ・ 「システム変数の編集」画面で「ＯＫ」をクリックし、つづいて、「環境変数」画 でも「ＯＫ」をクリックして終了。 4 3.3) Java コンパイラ・インタプリタを実行してみて、正しくインストールされたかチェ ックする。3.2)の設定を行なっておけば、DOS のカレントディレクトリがどこにあっ ても Java の必要コマンドをフルパスの指定なしで実行できる。例えば Windows XP のユーザが ABC の場合、 C:\Documents and Settings\ABC>java (java 以外にも、javac, javadoc など)と入力するだけでよい。 以下の表示（java コマンドの使い方）が出ればＯＫ： 4) うまくいかないときは、次の文書を読んで調べる： http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/ja/install.html 5 ２．CygWin Cygwin（シグウィン）は、RedHat 社によって開発された、Windows 上で動作する GNU 開 発環境（UNIX 環境）である（その開発の歴史等については http://cygwin.com/faq/faq_1.html を参照されたい）。GNU（「ヌー」と読む）とは「GNU's Not UNIX」の頭文字で、UNIX 上の良 いソフトウェアをフリーに提供しつづけるために始まったプロジェクトである。Emacs エデ ィタをはじめとして数多くの良質のソフトウェア（C コンパイラの gcc と g++、デバッガの gdb、コンパイラ・コンパイラの flex, bison、UNIX シェルの bash など）を提供しつづけ てきた。GNU については、次のウェブサイトを参照のこと： http://www.gnu.org/home.ja.html 1) 入手方法とインストール 1-1) http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin/ または http://cygwin.com/ からダウンロードするために、接続する。 1-2) 「Install Cygwin Now」をクリックして、「setup.exe」ファイルをダウンロードして 適当な場所（例えば、デスクトップ）に保存する。 1-3) ダウンロードした「setup.exe」をクリックして実行する。 ・ 「Install from Internet」を選択して「次へ」 ・ インストール先（デフォールトでは「C:\cygwin」になっている。そのままでよい）、 テキストファイルのタイプ（デフォールトでは「UNIX」になっているが、「DOS」に変 更する）、利用ユーザの指定（デフォールトでは「Install for All」になっている。 そのままでよい）を選んで「次へ」 ・ 「Local Package Directory」としてデスクトップを指定（「Browse」をクリックして 「デスクトップ」を選んで「OK」すると Windows XP の場合「C:\Documents and Settings\ユーザ名\デスクトップ」となる）して「次へ」 ・ 「Direct Connection」を選んで「次へ」 ・ 表示されるダウンロードサイトから適当なものを選んで（末尾が .jp となっている 日本のサイトを選ぶとよい）、「次へ」 ・ インストールするパッケージの一覧が表示されるので、そのまま「次へ」 ・ ダウンロードが始まる。ダウンロードが終わると、デスクトップにアイコンを作成す るかとスタートメニューに追加するかを聞いてくるので、両方ともチェックを入れて 「次へ」 ・ 「Installation Complete」で終了。 ・ デスクトップから用済みのファイル「setup.exe」とインストールしたパッケージが 入っているフォルダを削除する（しなくてもよい）。 6 2) 使い方 「Cygwin」アイコン をクリックして、UNIX コマンドを実行して動作を Cygwin.lnk 確認する。例えば、 $ pwd $ はCygwinのプロンプト と入力する（入力するのはアンダーライン部分のみ）と、 $ /home/ユーザ名 と表示される。 この例では、ユーザ名は Administrator 現在、このユーザ（ユーザ名 Administrator） のホームディレクトリにいる これ以後は、UNIX ユーザのごとく、UNIX のコマンドが自由に使える。 Ｅｍａｃｓはインストールされていないので、Emacs の代替として次に述べる Meadow を使 うとよい。 7 ３．Meadow (GNU Emacs） Windows 上で使える Emacs には Meadow、Emacs 21、Mule for Win32、XEmacs などいろい ろある（違いについては、 http://www4.kcn.ne.jp/~boochang/emacs/emacsen-w32.html に解説があるが、かなり古い）が、ここでは Meadow（メドウ）のインストールについて述 べる。 Cygwin をインストールして Windows 上の UNIX-like な環境ができあがったら、今度は UNIX 上の標準エディタ（というよりも、開発環境と言った方がよいだろう）である GNU Emacs の Windows 版である Meadow をインストールする。Meadow は、GNU Emacs 20.x をベースに 宮下尚氏を中心とするチームによって開発された Windows 上で動作する GNU Emacs である （最新版は、Meadow 2.10 (ASAGAO) based on Emacs-21.4）。Meadow (Emacs)は単なるテ キストエディタではなく、メールやニュースの読み書き、Web ページのブラウズ、C, C++, Java などのプログラミング環境の提供、HTML, TeX などの文書作成支援、UNIX シェルコマ ンドの実行、などをサポートしている。 UNIX, Meadow および Emacs については、インストールの方法から使い方まで、以下のサ イトに解説があるので参照されたい： http://www.meadowy.org/meadow/ 以下に記述するのは、上記サイトに書いてあるのとは異なるインストール方法である。 (1) 入手方法とインストール 1-1) http://www.meadowy.org/meadow/netinstall から Meadow のアーカイブ（Meadow 用のソースファイル一式をディレクトリ構造も含め て圧縮したもの）「Meadow-1.15-i386.tar.gz」（約 14MB）を適当な場所（この例では、 D ドライブの D:\tmp フォルダを使う）にダウンロードする。 Meadow 3.00 用と Meadow 2.10 用があるが、以下では Meadow 2.10 用を基に記述する。 • setup.exeバイナリ ･･･setup.exe, setup-ja.exe (current version is 2.10.8) の「setup-ja.exe」をクリックして、適当なフォルダ（例えば、デスクトップ）にファ イルを保存する。 1-2) ダウンロードしたファイルをクリックし、画面に表示される指示に従って各種の設 定を行なう。 ・「インストール方法」として「インターネットからインストール」を選択。 ・インストールの作業用のディレクトリを聞かれるので、例えば、デスクトップを指 8 定する。 ・「インストール先ディレクトリ」を聞かれるので、Cygwin と一緒に用いるのであれ ば Cygwin をインストールしたディレクトリ「C:\cygwin」を選択。 ・「接続方法」は「ダイレクトに接続する」 ・「ダウンロードサイト」を１つクリックして選んで「次へ」。 ・「インストールするパッケージ」はそのまま「次へ」 ・「今すぐ install.exe を実行しますか？」にチェックを入れて、「終了」 1-3) .emacs ファイル（Emacs のカスタマイズのために必要なファイル）を読込むディレ クトリを聞いてくるので、デフォールトで示される「C:\cygwin\home\ユーザ名」をそ のまま使う(リターンキーを押下する）とよい。 アイコン「Meadow」が作られるので、デスクトップに移す（移さなくてもよい）。 1-4) 不要となったダウンロード済みファイル（デスクトップ上）を削除（しなくてもよ い）。 2) Meadow の起動方法 「Meadow」のアイコン Meadow2.lnk をクリックするか、あるいは Cygwin の＄プロン プトで $ Meadow （$ meadowでもよい） と入力する。あるいは、ファイル名を指定して $ Meadow abc.java のように入力する。 9 Meadow が立ち上がる。 以後、Emacs と同様に使えばよい。例えば、Java のソースコードを Meadow で書いてセーブ したら、javac コマンドによってコンパイルし、java コマンドで実行することができる（上 記２項に書いたように JDK5.0 をインストールして、環境変数の設定をしてある場合）。 10 ４．Windows 上の Java 開発環境 Eclipse ここでは、オープンソース（ソースコードが公開されていて自由に使える）Winodws 上の Java 開発環境の１つである Eclipse（エクリプス）についてごく簡単に説明する。 Cygwin(+Meadow)は Windows 上で UNIX-like な環境を提供するためのものであったが、 Eclipse を使うためには UNIX ユーザである（UNIX について知っている）必要はない。 Eclipse は Eclipse Foundation という団体によって開発と配布が行われており、予め決 められた規約さえ守れば誰でも自由に利用することができる。Eclipse については、 http://www.eclipse.org/ を参照のこと。 Eclipse を使うためには、まず、Eclipse を使うつもりのＰＣに JDK5.0 をインストール しておく必要がある（上記１の方法でインストールを済ませておくこと）。 Eclipse の本格的な最新版をインストールするためには、上記ウェブサイトからダウンロ ードしてインストールする必要があるが、ここではインストールが易しい All-In-One Eclipse (AIOEC)をインストールする方法についてだけ述べる。AIOEC は、いろいろなプラ グインが付いて日本語化された Eclipse でインストールが易しいし日本語化されていると いう長所がある代わりに、Eclipse の最新版よりも古いという欠点はあるものの、初心者に は十分であろう。 AINEC については次のサイトを参照のこと： http://aioec.sourceforge.jp/ AIOEC のダウンロードは次のサイトから： http://sourceforge.jp/projects/aioec/files/ 11 It is implemented as an extension of Raman’s Emacspeak, a self-voicing GNU Emacs platform with dedicated auditory user interface. Based on the experiences of existing Japanese screen-readers, BEP is equipped with functions necessary for Japanese speech system. BEP for Windows uses various types of Japanese and English voices to represent bilingual information naturally and unambiguously. In this paper, the authors firstly review the features of Emacspeak and BEP and then show the requirements of a bilingual speech synthesis system for efficient and practical use. MIME introduces a structured Internet message format. It can represent various data formats and various coded character sets. MIME thus represents an important part of Internet message processing. Conventional message user agents (MUAs) which process Internet messages have different characteristics. The quality of the user interface depends on the user’s preference or habits. In this regard, it may be preferable to allow the user to select a good combination of the MUA and a separate MIME module. For the purpose, we are developing a set of Emacs Lisp library mainly for MIME, named FLIM and SEMI. This research and development is a continuation of the development of FLIM/SEMI. In the project, we made a set of renewal versions of FLIM/SEMI which have some good features of their variants, and implemented the new OpenPGP implementation and other features. In addition, we arranged and cleared the FLIM/SEMI API.
