OPRAH’S LIFECLASS THE TOUR FROM RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL IN MONDAY, APRIL 2ND 2012 CONFIRMATION INFORMATION Event will take place at Radio City Music Hall, 1260 6th Avenue (Avenue of the Americas) (Between W. 50th St. and W. 51st St.)

ALL seating will be Orchestra Level. Oprah’s Lifeclass The Tour reserves the right to change seating within the Orchestra Level for production needs.

This is a TICKETED EVENT. You MUST present your ticket. If you do not have your ticket you CANNOT be guaranteed admission.

The line for admittance will START on the sidewalk of 6th Ave between W. 50th Street and W. 51st Street.

Arrival time is 12:30PM. Please arrive no later than 1PM. You will forfeit your seating if you arrive later than 1PM.

Everyone MUST be 18 years old or older to attend the taping. MINORS will NOT be admitted, no exceptions.

The taping will begin promptly at 2PM EST. Plan to be with us until 4:30PM EST

Eat WELL before you join us! No outside food will be permitted. Limited concessions will be available for purchase.

Cellphones, smartphones and tablets will be permitted. Recording and/ or photography during the Event is not allowed. Be sure all electronics are fully charged.

*Your presence at this Event, and the presence of anyone accompanying you, constitutes your and their consent and agreement to being videotaped, photographed and/or recorded at the Event as well as permission for Harpo Productions, Inc. (“Harpo”), OWN: Network and their respective affiliated companies and entities to use such videotape, photographs and/or recordings in connection with the broadcast, distribution and promotion of "Oprah's Lifeclass" and any other projects or programming, including promotion, in all markets and media, now known or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity. You, the lead of the party, MUST provide valid photo ID to pick up your tickets. Your guest will NOT be allowed to pick up the tickets. You will also receive a PINK wristband for you and your guest with your tickets.

The Box Office will be open from 10:00AM – 5:00PM EST on Saturday, March 31st and Sunday, April 1st. If your tickets are not picked up by 5:00PM, you will not be able to attend the taping.

Will Call will NOT be available on the day of the show.

You MUST wear your wristband and MUST bring your ticket on show day!

ONLY join the line at 6th Ave. where the sign for PINK WRISTBANDS is posted.

ATTIRE Oprah’s Lifeclass The Tour is a televised event and the audience will be on camera. We ask that everyone arrive in appropriate attire. No T-shirts or shorts please. Please wear bright colors…they work best on camera. Please do NOT wear all white or all beige. Please avoid any attire featuring prominent logos or trademarks. ______

CANCELLATION POLICY If you or anyone in your party cannot attend, you MUST email us back at [email protected] by March 28, 20102. We want to ensure we have a full audience. If you or anyone in your party cannot attend please be sure to use the ticket! Be sure to check your email on a regular basis for updates on your reservation request status during the next few days.

GETTING TO THE LOCATION:

There is NO parking available at Radio City Music Hall Building. Attendees are strongly encouraged to take public transportation to and from the show taping.

Subway/Train: By Subway, please take the B, D, F or V train to 47th-50th/Rockefeller Center. You may also take the N or R to 49th Street. If you are arriving by commuter train to Grand Central, you can take the 7 train one stop west to 5th Avenue-Bryant Park and transfer to the uptown B, D, F, or V train. If you are arriving by commuter train to Penn Station, please walk one block east to 34th Street and Avenue of the Americas to access the uptown B, D, F, or V trains. If you are arriving from New Jersey by PATH, please take the PATH to 33rd Street in Manhattan and connect to the uptown B, D, F, or V.

Bus: By Bus, you may take the M5, M6, M7 or M27/M50 to Rockefeller Center. You may also visit www.radiocity.com for more detailed information, maps and directions ______

SECURITY CHECKPOINT We will do a very thorough security check. Be advised that we will do a purse check. DOWNSIZE purses. Large and oversized purses will not be permitted. Please bring a small purse. EVERYONE must go through security in order to enter the event area.

THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITED ITEMS: All bags and persons are subject to search. Professional cameras and video and/or audio recording equipment. Do not bring them with you. Police/Security reserves the right to remove/delete photos taken prior, during or after the Event Telephoto lenses or flash photography Large Bags, Backpacks, and Luggage Personal Pets (excluding guide/service dogs) Food or Beverages Glass Containers Weapons of ANY KIND Illegal drugs of ANY KIND (including paraphernalia) Dangerous Chemicals, Toxic Substances or anything that Event Security decides poses a threat to the general public, as determined in its sole discretion. No gifts, cards, letters, etc. will be accepted.
