The Bal more Orioles The Orioles, more affec onately known as the O's to the city's serious fans, is Bal more's Major League Baseball team. Oriole Park at Camden Yards is located at 333 West Camden Street in Bal more, a short walk from The Royal Sonesta Hotel. Fort McHenry Na onal Monument and Historic Shrine You don’t need to enter Fort McHenry to understand how it inspired our Na onal Anthem. Hidden Gems American Visionary Arts Museum The American Visionary Art Museum houses one‐of‐a‐kind, eclec c exhibi ons of self‐taught ar sts. The Inner Harbor museum, like the ar sts themselves, stands decidedly outside the mainstream. www.avam.org
Federal Hill Park On the south side of the Inner Harbor is Federal Hill Park, a former lookout during the War of 1812 and the Civil War. Today, visitors can take in a drama c view of Bal more’s cityscape from the top of the hill. This park is a 5 – 10 minute walk from the conference hotel.
The Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History and Culture The Reginald F. Lewis Museum brings the African American experience to life through interac ve exhibits, ar facts and programming.
