Service to professional associations

- Programme Chair of CEEISA conferences in (1999) and (2000) - Programme Co-chair of the CEEISA-NISA-RISA conference in in 2002 (with Knud Erik Jørgensen of the Aarhus University), and the CEEISA-ISA Convention in Budapest in 2003, (with Phillip Hopmann of the Brown University, and Felicia Krishna-Hensel of the Auburn University) - Co-organizer and member of the Organizing Committee for the WISC conference on international relations (www.wiscnetwork.org) – 1107 scholars from 70 countries have taken part at the conference, held in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
