Alison Fletcher, Corporate FX Market Specialist, Bloomberg L.P. Alison Fletcher is a Corporate FX Market Specialist at Bloomberg, NY. Prior to Bloomberg, Alison worked for 15 years in Corporate FX Risk Management Sales. Neil Griffiths, Vice President, Account Management, FiREapps Neil Griffiths oversees the FiREapps Account Management team, supervising corporate relationships throughout the client lifecycle. Griffiths has served in a wide variety of leadership roles at FiREapps, where he developed deep insight into both the challenges facing corporate treasury teams as well as how FiREapps SaaS technology addresses those challenges.

Darren Kirby, Managing Director, Fifth Third Bank Darren has worked in financial markets since 1992, spending 18 years assisting both private and public companies with interest rate hedging. Prior to his work in interest rates, Darren also advised global financial institutions on risk management. Darren holds an MBA in Finance (NYU-Stern) and a BS in Economics (UPenn-Wharton).

Sandra Koch, Director of Client Services, Hedge Trackers Sandra works with clients across the country to evaluate exposure in light of corporate objectives to implement or refine hedge programs and related performance reporting. The Indiana University graduate specializes in risk, cash and FX management. Koch has also served as Treasury Manager at several different firms.

Brittany Agostino, Product Manager, Goldman Sachs Asset Management Brittany Agostino is a product manager on GSAM’s Product Strategy team, focusing on GSAM’s liquidity solutions, including money market and short duration products. Joe Mancuso, Vice President and Senior Product Manager, Treasury & Payment Solutions, BMO Harris Bank Joe duties include strategic planning/product development for liquidity and commercial deposit products and supporting sales in creating customized liquidity solutions for commercial clients. Joe graduated from St. John’s University in New York with an MBA in Economics, and received his BS degree in Business Administration from Gannon University in Erie, PA. He also holds FINRA series 7 and 63 licenses.

Erik Anderson, Managing Director, Treasury and Payment Solutions, BMO Harris Bank Erik is responsible for Treasury Management sales and deposit services to various commercial and non-profit entities. Erik has 34 years of experience in corporate and business banking. He earned his MBA and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Minnesota, and earned the CTP designation in 1997. Brandon Swensen, Managing Director, Co-Head U.S. Fixed Income, RBC Global Asset Management Brandon Swensen oversees RBC Global Asset Management’s fixed income research, portfolio management and trading. In addition to shaping overall fixed income philosophy and process, he is a portfolio manager for several of their clients’ cash management and core solutions.

Patrick Drennan, Managing Director, Liquidity Management, RBC Global Asset Management Pat Drennan is responsible for liquidity solutions for institutional clients. Before joining RBC GAM-US in 2016, Pat spent 15 years assisting his clients in the central U.S. for BNY Mellon. He was responsible for marketing the bank’s money market portal and other short-term fixed income instruments.

Bethany Jessen, Institutional Portfolio Manager, RBC Global Asset Management Bethany coordinates the firm’s fixed income strategies, accounting positioning and performance to ensure the most appropriate investment solutions for public and corporate clients. She first joined the investment industry in 2007. She received her BS, BA degree in finance from Creighton University and her MBA from University of St. Thomas.

Daniel Petrilla, Liquidity Product Advisor, The PNC Financial Services Group Daniel Petrilla is the Liquidity Product Advisor responsible for supporting strategy, pricing, product development and managing interest rates for all products that fall under the Liquidity Management division in PNC. Daniel is also responsible for line item pricing for the depository product set. He has been with PNC Bank for 10 years.

Kerry Pope, Institutional Portfolio Manager, Fixed Income Division, Fidelity Management & Research Company Kerry provides strategy and communications to business partners regarding the management of Fidelity solutions. He has been in the financial industry since 1986. Mr. Pope earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and his MBA in finance investments from Boston University. He is also a CFA.

Julie Stober, Director and Assistant Treasurer, Ceridian HCM, Inc. Julie Stober is Director and Assistant Treasurer at Ceridian HCM, Inc., a human capital management company. In this role, Julie manages all aspects of Treasury, including cash operations, debt instruments, investments, foreign exchange, and corporate pension management. Julie has more than 13 years of Treasury experience working for a diverse range of organizations, including Fortune 500, startup, and private sector companies.

Bob Stark, VP Strategy, Kyriba In his role, Bob is responsible for global product strategy and market development at Kyriba. Bob is a 20-year veteran in the treasury technology industry, having served in multiple roles at Wall Street Systems, Thomson Reuters, and Selkirk Financial Technologies including product management and strategy.

Mike Lewis, Regional Sales Manager, SWIFT Mike Lewis is a Regional Sales Manager for SWIFT. Mike is tasked with the sales and business development activities working with both corporate and banking organizations in his U.S. territory. His mandate includes helping these companies understand the value propositions for SWIFT’s products and services.

Amy Kang, International Treasury Solutions Officer, Bank of America Merrill Lynch Amy Kang is an International Treasury Sales Officer, responsible for delivering global cash management solutions to middle market clients in the Midwest. Amy graduated from the London School of Economics with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and has a qualification in the Certificate of International Cash Management (CertICM).

Bridget Bredemann, Vice President - Global Rates and Currencies team, Bank of America Merrill Lynch Bridget Bredemann works in the Capital Markets Division and advises middle market clients in the central region on FX and Interest Rate Risk Management. She holds her BS in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

Mark Andes, Consultant, DeMarche Associates Mr. Andes serves as a Consultant for DeMarche's Manager Review Committee with emphasis on private equity, hedge funds and other alternative asset classes. He has responsibilities for trading operations and portfolio administration for DeMarche's institutional investment affiliate, Discretionary Management Services, LLC.

Todd Horsager, Chief Financial Officer, Compass Strategic Investments, LLC Todd is a C.P.A. with over 30 years of experience in the field of finance, mergers, and U.S./international tax. Todd spent 18 years in Big 4 public accounting and 3 years with a private equity group. Prior to Compass, Todd served as a Director of International Tax at PwC. Todd graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BS in Accounting.

Doug Watson, Director, Grant Thornton Doug is a director in the international tax practice with Grant Thornton, with over 33 years of experience helping multinational companies structure their international operations. Before Grant Thornton, Doug was a senior executive at Accenture where his responsibilities included leading a cross-functional team in managing the company’s cash repatriation projects.

Kyle Brandon, Senior Manager, Grant Thornton Kyle Brandon is a Senior Manager in the International tax practice with Grant Thornton’s office. He has over seven years of experience providing international tax services to businesses. Kyle has been involved with the many aspects of international tax, including structuring, value added tax, exports, transfer pricing and compliance.

Dr. Bob Swarup, Principal, Camdor Global Bob is Principal at Camdor Global, an advisory firm that works with policymakers, institutions and investors globally on strategic investment, risk and regulatory issues. He was formerly Chief Risk Officer and oversaw alternatives at Pension Corporation, a leading UK bulk annuity firm with over $30bn in assets. Bob has sat on numerous boards and industry bodies, and written extensively on macro, investment and risk issues.

Scott Wachs, Executive Director and Global Head of Product, Morgan Stanley Scott is responsible for the management, strategy and development of short term investment products including money market funds, ultra short funds and separate accounts. Scott joined Morgan Stanley in 2014, and has over thirty years of financial services experience.

Steve Bernstein, Executive Director, Payments Product Marketer, J.P. Morgan Steven Bernstein currently is a U.S. and Global ACH business development manager. He works extensively with J.P. Morgan's clients across the bank, providing solutions for ACH and electronic payments. Previously he worked within EDI, Check Processing and Institutional teams. Steve is a frequent speaker at key financial services events such as AFP and NACHA. He is a graduate of Cornell University.

Todd Albers, Senior Payments Consultant, Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis Todd Albers is a Senior Payments Consultant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis in the Payments, Standards, and Outreach Group. His duties include work that covers research and coordination amongst interested parties in B2B payment efficiency, standards, and electronic invoicing. Todd has 18+ years in various product management roles in the financial services and technology industries.

Robert Cleary, Regional Head of Domestic Payments, HSBC Robert Cleary is responsible for the delivery of U.S. domestic payments products (payables and receivables) for HSBC. Mr. Cleary has been active in the financial services industry since 1993 and joined HSBC in 2009. He holds a B.A. from Old Dominion University and an MBA. from Rutgers University. Greg Litster, President, SAFEChecks Greg Litster is President of SAFEChecks, a company specializing in fraud prevention. Mr. Litster was in banking for 18 years, holding various executive-level positions before founding SAFEChecks in 1996. Mr. Litster produces the Abagnale Fraud Bulletin, has given hundreds of fraud prevention seminars, and is a check fraud/embezzlement expert witness.

John Perri, Finance Manager, SEIU Healthcare Minnesota Perri is a client-focused performer with 15+ years of experience analyzing and delivering sound financial advisement to a diverse mix of business partners. John holds an MBA from the University of Michigan. John currently works in Healthcare Finance at a Non-Profit and is responsible for the day to day accounting, finance and payroll activities.

Laura Fontana, Strategy Consultant for Wells Fargo Innovation Technology, Wells Fargo Laura Fontana is Vice President and Strategy Consultant for Wells Fargo’s Innovation Technology team, leading the Distributed Ledger Technology Program across the enterprise. Angela Lawson, Senior Payment Consultant, Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis With 12 years' experience in banking and retail, Angela Lawson is the senior payment consultant for emerging technologies at the Minneapolis Federal Reserve Bank. A contributor to several payment industry white papers, Angela recently edited the Study Group Report on blockchain standards needs assessment for Accredited Standards Committee X9.

Mel Steals, Strategy and Planning Manager, PNC Mel Steals is a senior vice president tasked with strategy development and long term planning in PNC. Over the last 17 years, Mel has served in a number of leadership capacities for PNC Financial Services Group. He serves as a founding member of the MindShift board which the National AFP established to understand disruptive technologies.

Ellen Kluge, Business Development Executive, Deluxe Treasury Management Solutions Ellen Kluge has over 17 years working in the community bank industry during her tenure at Deluxe Treasury Management Solutions. Michelle Kim, Solution Consultant, Deluxe Treasury Management Solutions. Michelle Kim has over 9 years IMS – OnBase technical experience specializing in paperless processing for Financial industries. John Melvin, Vice President, Working Capital Consultant, U.S. Bank John is a Vice President within Working Capital Consulting, a Global Treasury Management group, and a Certified Treasury Professional dedicated to helping clients optimize their treasury processes. He works directly with both internal and external partners to support businesses through innovative execution and change management expertise.

Rodney Rahn, VP/Controller, Mills Fleet Farm Rodney Rahn joined Mills Fleet Farm in 1999 and became Corporate Controller in 2006. Rodney has developed and is integral to the treasury management of the Company. Additionally, he has oversight of all accounting functions while working with management and staff to maintain and improve internal controls. Susan Mercer, VP, Assistant Treasurer, Cargill, Inc. Susan’s job responsibilities include North America treasury, global insurance programs, and financial institution relationship management. Mercer graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a BA in business administration, and has completed an executive education program at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
