Property Description INITIAL DUE DILIGENCE The opportunity to investigate and tour the Property will be made available upon request to interested and qualified buyers. Buyers Aerials & Photos and their representatives may not tour the interior of the buildings on their own. Once arranged in accordance with these guidelines, property tours will be scheduled coordinated and conducted by representatives of CBRE, Inc. Each prospective buyer is to rely solely upon its own investigation, evaluation and judgment as to the conditions attributes and value of the property.
