Bluffton Board of Public Works and Safety members John Whicker, Roger Thornton and Scott Mentzer agreed on a 3-0 vote to retain the Fort Wayne firm, even though it’s quote for the services — $6,000 — was slightly higher than the quote of $5,500 submitted by A&Z Engineering, also of Fort Wayne.
