The Governor of Tamil Nadu havingbeen satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Projectfor Highways purpose to witfor formation of bypass inSH-95 Mohanur-Namakkal-Senthamangalam-Rasipuram Road atKm 36/700 to Km 38/700 -02/000inThuthikulam Village in SenthamangalamTaluk, Namakkal District,and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the fundscontrolled andmanaged by the Divisional Engineer, Highways,Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem, Tamilnaduafter having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub- section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002). NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent of 63366 Sq. mtr., of wet and dry lands in Thuthikulam Village in SenthamangalamTaluk, Namakkal District, for formation of bypass in SH-95 Mohanur-Namakkal-Senthamangalam-Rasipuram Road at Km 36/700 to Km 38/700-02/000.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Corridor Project, Salem and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Namakkal may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.
