S - Stadium R - Game played in Rochester, N.Y. • Fordham, the 14-seed, enters the game with an 12-19 overall record, 3-15 in the Atlantic 10, and is coming off a 72-57 A-10 loss at La Salle on Saturday afternoon while Richmond, the 11-seed, is 12-19 Broadcast Information overall on the season, 6-12 in the conference, after a 73-69 A-10 loss to Davidson in Richmond on TV: ESPN+ Saturday. Billy Reinhardt (Color) • Fordham has connected on 270 three-pointers this year, a new school record (former mark was 264 Charlie Maisano (Producer/Engineer) set in 2016-2017). • The Rams connected on a school-record 16 three-pointers in the season-opener with CCNY and are second in the A-10 with 8.8 three-pointers made/game. • The winner of the Fordham-Richmond game will play #6 Saint Louis on Thursday at 8:30 p.m. in the second round of the 2019 Atlantic 10 Championship at the Barclays Center. www.fordhamsports.com Fordham University Basketball Game Notes - 3 FORDHAM IN THE ATLANTIC 10 CHAMPIONSHIP This year will be Fordham’s 18th appearance at the Atlantic 10 Championships with the Rams holding a 6-18 record all-time in the tournament, picking up their first win in 2005 with a 65-53 opening round win over Duquesne, after dropping their first nine games in the tournament. In 2007, the Rams had their best showing, advancing to the semifinals, defeating Richmond (45-37) in the first round and La Salle (64-62) in the quarterfinals before falling to Xavier (70-59) in the semifinals.
