ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 25 JULY 2018 CROCMEDIA ACQUIRES AFL PUBLICATIONS BUSINESS Crocmedia Pty Ltd (Crocmedia) a wholly-owned subsidiary of ASX listed Pacific Star Network Limited (Company), is pleased to announce it has signed an agreement with the Australian Football League (AFL) to acquire the AFL Publications business (AFL Record). The Company will acquire all assets and liabilities required to continue to operate the AFL Record, including licencing of AFL trademarks. Crocmedia will produce all weekly match-day magazine content, including the AFL Record, AFLW publications, the AFL Season Guide, JLT Community Series, AFLX, International Rules Series, and the AFL Finals and Toyota AFL Grand Final editions. The AFL Record has been the official match program for more than 100 years. Since Essendon won the premiership in the AFL Record’s inaugural year of 1912, the AFL Record has continued to inform and entertain fans from generation to generation. The total purchase price of $8.1m is comprised of $5.85m cash and $2.25m prepaid advertising to be retained by the AFL. Cash consideration will be paid in three instalments over 12 months, being: $2.383m on completion; $1.733m on 31 October 2018; and $1.734m on the anniversary of completion. Crocmedia will be entitled to the profits from the AFL Record from round 9 in season 2018. The quantum of these profits will be deducted from the second purchase price instalment on 31 October 2018. The Company intends to fund the acquisition from operating cash flow in addition to utilising existing available debt facilities. The acquisition is expected to be completed this week subject to the satisfaction of standard conditions. -

THE COACHING CAPER FRESH & FAMILIAR FACES The AFL coaching landscape will have a different look in 2014. Four clubs will have rookie coaches – Leon Cameron (Greater Western Sydney), Alan Richardson (St Kilda), Justin Leppitsch (Brisbane Lions) and Adam Simpson (West Coast). Another two – Essendon and Melbourne – have lured back respected premiership coaches Mark Thompson and Paul Roos. What are their hopes and expectations? Seven secures long-term partnership with the Australian Football League Seven signs new six year agreement for seasons 2017-2022 Seven signs all-encompassing agreement for broadcast television for Thursday Night Football, Friday Night Football, Saturday Night Football and Sunday Afternoon Football Seven secures AFL Finals Series, AFL Grand Final and Brownlow Medal and all major holiday “blockbuster” matches. 18 August 2015 --- The Seven Network, Australia’s most-watched broadcast television platform and a key business of Seven West Media, one of Australia’s leading integrated media and content creation companies, today confirmed the signing of an historic, long-term agreement for an all-encompassing coverage of the Australian Football League for seasons 2017-2022. The new agreement builds on Seven’s current agreement with the AFL for the 2012-2016 football seasons. Kerry Stokes, Chairman of Seven West Media, said: “Seven and the Australian Football League have a long-standing and deep connection. We are delighted to confirm our partnership with the AFL and look forward to working closely with them as we expand our coverage over the coming decade. “The signing of this agreement forms a key part of our company’s plans for development and underlines our commitment to the future of broadcast television as we build our media presence over the coming decade.” Seven’s agreement with the Australian Football League delivers free broadcast television for Thursday Night Football, Friday Night Football, Saturday Night Football and Sunday Afternoon Football.
